There was not much place to store luggage, so the room became quite messy.

The sauna and massage chair were a nice plus, the bed was comfy and the place spotless clean

The room far exceeded my expectations. So pleased we didn't go 5 star hotel. Awesome sauna and massage chair. Shower room spacious, shower water pressure just like a power shower. Huge TV and powerful aircon. Short walk to beach and short bus ride to American Village. Loads of places to dine out. Highly recommend to English speaking guests and recovering from jetlag.

Great amenities with an awesome complimentary and tasty coffee bar! In a great location with Wake & Bagel basically on site (around the corner from the lobby) and an açaí truck across the street too! We were in a corner room with a massage chair and dry sauna (both must haves if you have the choice) and the room was clean, had a spacious fridge and microwave, with an ocean view! Would definitely come back and 10/10 recommend!

There is absolutely no place to put cloths (i.e. dresser) in a double bed room. No night stand/small table inbetween the 2 beds.

The staff were excellent and very friendly. The lobby coffee bar was outstanding way to start our day. The rooms, although not a luxury hotel they were very clean and provided everything we needed. The huge tv and combo laundry set that made it easy to keep fresh.

The beds were not the most comfortable, there was no chair at all in our room and it would have been nice to have someplace to put your clothes.

Room and bathroom were very large. The staff was always ready to help. Being located in a residential area it was very quiet in the evening. We enjoyed walking down to the waterfront in the evening to watch the surfers and sunset.

a wardrobe would have been nice. since we stayed for 17 nights we had a lot of clothes and two hooks with 3 hangers each were definitely not enough to store all our clothes.

You will hear Jets a lot during the day but at night it isn't too bad. It's close to the Kadena Base so it's expected. All in all a very nice hotel and staff

The rooms are very nice, with a queen bed, sofa and really big TV and refrigerator with freezer. Very nice for the price with free coffee and soda machine in the lobby. Can't beat the big shower and tub and definitely the all in one washer and dryer combo in the room. I stayed at this hotel the whole three months I was in Okinawa. Very nice Hotel and helpful Staff

The sauna switch indicators seem to be reversed and the hire bicycle needs maintenance.

It’s in a good spot close to the shore but a few blocks back so quiet enough streets to access easily and park in. The massage chair, sauna, big screen TV and ocean views are great.

Great location for surfers and for visiting family in Chatan. Rooms are spartan but clean and comfortable. Quiet A/C. Reliable internet Big Japanese-style bath in room. Good coffee in hotel-related chocolate shop. Excellent value.

Loved the spaciousness of the place, including the main area and the bathroom as well, with a washing machine to do the laundry. Snack machine and bike rental are good perks of the hotel. Late arrival was no problem for the staff, they could also help me with anything I requested.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the spa jets were out of order when I first arrived however these were repaired when asked.

The room was clean, was fitted with a sauna, spa bathtub and massage chair. The facilities were great! Located right on Sunabe Beach, it was easy access to Chatan by walking along the sea wall. The staff were very hospitable and kind, helping me with anything I needed. I loved my stay.
