“The Diplomat Inn is great value for your money. We stayed there from Tuesday Sept.24- 26th for 2 nights in an Executive Room with 2 Queen Beds on the second floor. The staff are friendly, courteous and very accommodating. A very special mention and thank you to Carla, Khan and Lili for making our 2 night stay amazing. The rooms are super clean and the beds are comfortable.
Parking is free. Free coffee in the morning.
They also have an ice machine and microwave. The air conditioner/heater unit in our room worked excellent. Location is within walking distance of Clifton Hill and the Falls. This is our second year in a row staying here ( for our girls trip) and we will make this our hotel for future girls trips. It's perfect for what we need. Thank you Diplomat Inn.”

“Front desk staff, front door staff and shuttle bus staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. The room exceeded expectations with cleanliness, a modern feel considering the older building exterior, including an amazing updated and clean bathroom. Front desk also provided water at 630am when we needed it most. Loved the penthouse city view and little elevator ride to the 30th floor, could only imagine how great the falls view would have been. Altogether great one night stay and am definitely looking forward to re-booking future stays only at the Tower Hotel in Niagara.”
“The motel is a 15-minute walk from Niagara Falls and we were able to leave our car there while we went on our trip. The staff were friendly and the room, while basic, had everything we needed for a one-night stay.”
