The only thing I would’ve wished for would’ve been a refrigerator and a microwave. But otherwise I liked everything about the property.

I appreciate the fact that there were quite a few historical looking paintings in the building; namely, the picture of Robert Lee and Stonewall Jackson hanging over the jetted tub in our room!!

Considering the price of the room, I was very underwhelmed with the bathroom. Though there was a jacuzzi available, the shower was horrible. I would expect that shower in a "motel." The actual size of the bathroom was spacious, but not used efficiently. I think an upgrade is overdue.

Breakfast each morning was great. We had a wonderful server (Anna), each morning, and she was very attentive, as well as being very personable. Graham was our server one evening for dinner. He also was very personable and very knowledgeable.

Great room . good food in main floor restaurant . Wife's favourite was the High Tea on the first day of stay. Large pool . Gavin moved us to the main building of 5 buildings , only 1 with an elevator after I explained my wife uses a walker and cannot do stairs.

Room very spacious with sitting area, exceptionally comfortable and clean. Quiet from any outside noise. Staff was amazing throughout the hotel, extremely friendly and helpful. Front desk and bell staff answered numerous questions. Staff in Dining Room and Lounge very friendly and professional

Really loved it all & planning another visit w/my sister who loves all things Victorian. The decor is lovely but carpet in the room looked a bit 'tired'. I understand that this is a fine line-keeping it 'fresh' and also traditional & authentic. It is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful place w/the best location!

Perfect location for the Peach Festival. Dinner in the hotel dining room was expensive, but a real treat. Staff were wonderful and friendly. Highly recommend!

The staff were excellent! They did what they could to accommodate my sensitivity to their cleaning products and even brought a Dyson purifier to help remove the intense smell left by the cleaning products. We went on a very busy weekend in summer so the price reflected that but it was still felt a bit out of sync with the room we had. The staff and service more than made up for it. The location was amazing too - so close to the fantastic Japanese restaurant down the road, which is a must try!

The staff and service was excellent. Check-in, Bell staff, staff that looked after our daughter’s wedding reception. Heather did a great job coordinating the wedding. Thank you once again. Look forward to our next stay.

I would rather have been closer to the lobby, but it was fine. My husband utilized the gym and thought it was really small and extremely hot.

The size of the room was good. We had a room that was quite a distance from the lobby, but it was still nice. The bed was comfortable.

Very friendly helpful staff. Easy check in and out. Facilities were clean and very nice. Hotel is close to all the shops and restaurants in the area. A treat to stay at this historic place.

Loved everything.

Gorgeous and could walk everywhere. The virtual concierge was amazing. Loved the luxury wine tour and restaurants! Roses each night were such a lovely touch!

The stay was amazing, staff were super attentive and friendly, and they left us a free bottle of champagne and a rose for our anniversary. I would definitely come again, especially for a celebration! Truly special :) We also had a massage at the hotel spa and I haven't felt this relaxed in a while.
