Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe only downfall I noticed was that around the bathroom sink, the walls were splattered with old toothpaste. Other than that, everything looked very clean and comfortable. Only other minor inconvenience was we had to park off site because there was no parking available.

No breakfast for us they didn't mentioned it. Maybe it is not included of what we've paid to. Bed is comfortable and cleanliness in the room is what I like most.

CanadaParking fee of CAD25 per night was way too expensive comparing adjacent property which is a public parking space was charging CAD10 per night. There was no prior information of parking fee involved Buffet breakfast at the Vittoria Hotel for CAD17.99 per person was also expensive as compared to other place such as AllMacs which charges 12.99 person. All Macs have more options compared to Vittoria.... Moreover being guest of the hotel had no discount.
Location of the hotel is excellent, a minute walk from hotel to Clifton Hill Road.... Very close proximity to all restaurants and attractions on Clifton Hill Road. Staff in the hotel and restaurant were very courteous. Rooms are spacious and very clean

CanadaFirst time we ve been since the restaurant was available for breakfast. A little disappointing that you cannot have a glass of water with your meal. A 3$ bottle of water was the only option. We have breakfast out frequently and this was the first place we have ever been denied a glass of water. A small thing, but ridiculous all the same.
We have stayed here many times. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable!

CanadaNo cold water provided for free with breakfast. What restaurant does not provide ice water for people who don’t drink tea or coffee. What about children. Buffet should include coffee in the price and a machine to serve it. Should rethink your breakfast marketing. No decaf coffee in room.

CanadaShower didn’t work well and leaked. The room had a slight smell to it and some corners near the couch were obviously not cleaned often enough. Not the worst by any means, but I would’ve given the hotel top marks otherwise.
Great location easy to walk to all attractions and the falls. Decent bed, courteous staff, convenient parking, reasonably priced.
