We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

CanadaHave stayed here numerous times, but not recently. If you ask me it has gone through changes, and not good ones. They added to the hotel recently, and staff told me that the rooms in the wings are nice and new, upgraded and upgraded. We were put in the old building. The room is dated, furniture is worn, beds not very comfortable, and lack any sort of duvet/ comforter. Mold in the shower. The towels are something I would expect to find in a cheap motel. Breakfast is overpriced. One of the elevators was out of service for part of the stay, so long waits. There are much nicer hotels in the area for the same price.
Check in was smooth.

CanadaParking is a bit of an issue in Niagara; it's similar everywhere. We chose to park a few minutes walk away. It improved the price and we didn't use the car for a two-night stay. We walked everywhere.
We loved the location. The price was fantastic in off-season. The view of the falls was perfect.

The location is the best! This is just right across Speedway Niagara and Clifton Hill and there is a lot of places to eat nearby. You could also see the US Falls right by the window.

CanadaThe people at the check-in desk were not very friendly, first bad impression. The water in the shower was not very hot. Only 2 elevators for the entire hotel so you had to wait quite a long time. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Overall, a bit pricey, even for Niagara Falls.

CanadaThe shower was dripping not stop, we called down and they sent up someone. Unfortunately it was a complicated fix so it took over an hour fixing it. So we did not have access to the toilet and shower. Finally they fixed it but then we couldn't get hot water, we took cold showers. And our phone didn't work. Manager gave parking and $35 off for our trouble- but we really had to complain to get it

CanadaWe were only given 1 small container each of shampoo and conditioner for four of us, 3 bath towels only. The restaurant that’s attached to the hotel is overpriced. They don’t even give free glass Of water, you have to buy a bottled water for $2.99!
Location was great, close to Clifton Hill attractions and food establishments, walking distance to the Niagara Falls. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom ok and clean.
