We were arranged to a room on the 2/F at the first night, where's the ice machine located and so much noises made by those guests came to the grab ice until 3am... apparently they don't care about other guests. We can barely sleep at the first night so that we seek for help from the reception and we were rearranged to a room on upper floor, which was silence and we can have a excellent sleep finally! Thanks for the caring and considering move from the staff!”
“Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and there wasn’t much to not like. The provided meals were also amazing and high quality; and nothing too far out there that people from the west may have trouble eating. Just simple and delicious. Also, make sure to get the private room for a personal open air onsen if you prefer that. Lastly, as others mentioned, its a nice view of the mountain which I loved.”
