“location and friendly staff”
“Location was just perfect to visit Hanoi, just in front of the Hoan Kiem late (with some rooms with the lake view, and also the breakfast room on the top floor!) which is just at the center of everything.
The hotel was just amazing! It’s funny to enter through the small supermarket Circle K at the ground floor, but honestly very handy if you need anything like water in the evening without going too far! The hotel is very high quality, and the old French style is what it makes it truly special. Very clean, modern and perfect. The staff was also super friendly, kind and helpful! We followed all their recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and we loved our two days in Hanoi! We also bumped into the manager one afternoon, and she even cut some fruit for us and welcomed us so warmly.
Last thing: the breakfast was delicious! It is a la carte, and you can choose between continental and Vietnamese breakfast with some different options. The lady that prepares the breakfast is lovely, and you will enjoy eating with the beautiful view on the lake!”
