“Some of the staff were helpful arranging trips and giving us directions to get to places. Location was fine for walking to museums etc since it took you through more of the old town, but was not on the busiest of roads for vehicles or noisy pubs. Breakfast was ok, fruit selection was not very extensive but omelettes were invariably good.”
“Honestly very disappointed with this hotel. The location was great in the old quarter of Hanoi, but that’s the only positive thing I have to say about our stay. The pictures look nothing alike the real rooms. Maybe we were unlucky, but the room was beyond dirty when we checked in, the cleaning through our stay was almost non existent and our room did not have a window with daylight. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was fine. We tried to be out as much as possible in the daytime, so we only had to be at the hotel at night - so if that’s your plan, the hotel is fine!”
