“This hotel is in the city center so moving to Hoan Kiem Lake and other famous places in Hanoi is very convenient and easy. It only took me 2 minutes to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake.
The room I booked was a King suite with balcony. It's amazing. When I entered the bedroom, it was like I had entered another world, completely comfortable and no longer hearing the noisy sounds of urban life. After 24 hours of flying from the US to Vietnam, that soft, fragrant bed and private space were an absolute healing for me. The room is also very convenient, with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, dryer... The equipment looks very new.
I really love the balcony here. My friend and I enjoyed watching the sunrise and sipping a cup of coffee. Thank you for the completely free coffee and tea for us.
As for the breakfast food, it is truly luxurious. We were taken to a restaurant in the same hotel chain, about a 3-minute walk away. But that's okay, because such a luxurious meal is more than enough to start a new day. I saw both European food and traditional Vietnamese food. There is also a variety of choices. The food is delicious and beautiful.
Most importantly, the staff at this hotel are very, very nice. They are young people full of enthusiasm and love for their job. They always smile and are ready to help me anytime, anywhere. They gave me very useful suggestions about locations. They even did not hesitate to give further instructions when I was far away and could only be contacted via WhatsApp. Thank you Lily, Emmy, Rosie, and you guys for making our vacation so complete and memorable.

We had with street view balcony, so after day was good to sit have some drinks and listen to buzzing city. Very kind people, helped with airport transfer, and other transfers. Has indoor pool to relax during the day if its too hot to walk outside, and rooftop terrace.”
