Our room had a sea view, clean and comfortable. there is a kettle, fridge and hairdryer.
Elina and her family are welcoming and helpful and allowed us to check in earlier as our room was ready.
Agia Roumelli has its own charm, people are friendly and welcoming. Its very busy in the afternoon as walkers return from Samaria Gorge, but the mornings and evenings are peaceful and a good place to relax.”
“Having lived on the island for a number of years and visited the island since 2006 i obviously have a good bit of knowledge of areas and things to do. This apartment very well located for the beach in Nea Hora and the town itself, nice little extras supplied by owner water, juice, fruit and raki. It is on a busy junction so quite a lot of traffic but you're on the third floor so not an issue, well for me anyway i like to be central.
Maybe one slight issue i would suggest a wall mounted key store outside for easy entry to apartment that would save you having to wait for owner to let you in and for when you leave, apart from that all good 👍.”

“The place is very clean and comfortable, it has everything you may need and more (we received lots of snacks, coffee, tea, wine, beer etc. as welcome gifts!), and it is very close to the old town and the Chania bus station. Staying almost next to the bus station was a big plus for us because it made exploring Crete without a car very easy. I also especially loved the small patio opening from the bedroom where we could have our morning/afternoon coffee or hang out our swimsuits to dry. : )
The host is very nice and professional, we received every information we needed, such as the code to the safe holding the key, and the very reasonable price also included a free transfer from the airport and room service once during our one-week stay.
In short, I cannot recommend this place and host(s) enough and if I ever go back to Chania, I would love to stay at the Relaxed Dream Home again. Thank you for making our Crete holiday amazing! : )”
“Georgios was the the most amazing host you can wish for! He and his team has done an amazing job of making sure you feel welcomed and relaxed. The apartment is very well located close to shops( Lidl, SYNKA), really good restaurants and sandy beaches. It was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need on a holiday. SYNKA is wonderful supermarket with lots of high quality local products, souvenirs and you can even find a few gluten-free products that are also high quality. The balcony with sea view was amazing, you can't get enough of it. Cleanliness was exceptional and there was even a washing machine in the community area. Georgios can organise aiport transfer if you need it. We miss the place already and sending our love to Georgios and his whole team! :) We will be back for sure. :)”

- Location was good, 10 min to the closest beach Nea Chora and 15 min to the city center, very calm area
