“Amazing value. It's a brand new hotel with 3 pools and a nice roof top. It was quiet and we really liked the atmosphere. The staff was friendly and we could even check in in the middle of the night (almost 4 am). It even has a small shop next to the entrance and a gym. The food that is sold there is also good.”
“I recently stayed at Gemma's hotel, and one of the highlights of my stay was the food. The breakfast was excellent—rich, flavorful, and offered a wide range of options that left me more than satisfied each morning. Dinner was equally impressive, with a varied menu that catered to different tastes and provided a truly delightful dining experience. The quality and variety of the meals alone make this hotel a great choice for anyone who values good food during their stay.
The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I’d like to give special mention to Mr. Mahmoud, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience.
We originally booked a standard room for myself and another for my family, but to our surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a suite for my family and a deluxe room for me. They even provided a beach umbrella at no extra cost, which was a thoughtful gesture.
To top it all off, the hotel staff surprised me by celebrating my birthday with a cake, making the occasion truly memorable.
Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, especially with their outstanding service, generous upgrades, and personal touches that made our stay unforgettable.”
