The beach isn’t the best

The hotel info and photos show a beach to swim in. This is not the case, nowhere from the beach was there soft sand to enter the water. It was all hard and sharp coral. There was a platform to go out to the outside of the coral where one can swim, but that's the only opportunity. Except that the Flag was mostly red most of the day not allowing guests to swim. The weather wasn't that bad at all, but enough for the hotel to apparently feel at risk and not allow guests to swim. If you like snorkeling, this might be a good hotel to visit. We wanted soft sand, beach and access to the ocean at any time. We stayed one night and decided to change hotel so that our expectations could be met. The hotel manager was very accommodating and kind about the matter, which was very appreciated. Also, don't try the beauty salon...not professional at all and way too expensive. My wife was sent out of the salon with her nails half finished because their nail machine broke. I received the worst haircut I've ever gotten also. They just stole our time and the results are not what one would expect from professionals. Would not recommend.

It was clean, had a great food buffet selection. Staff were very friendly and forthcoming. Quiet beach area with nice beach lounges. Beach had soft sand and beds to lounge in. A nice Coral reef the entire length of the hotel. If you like to snorkel, this might be a good hotel to your likings.

I have to compliment the staff first and foremost. I was a solo female traveler and 5 months pregnant on my babymoon and the staff were amazing to me. They helped me with anything and everything, I didn’t lift a finger! Everything was organized and on time. The resort is huge yet it is extremely clean with a good variety of food. A special thanks to Muhammad the reception manager for checking in regularly and making my stay amazing. The beachfront is private and the water is lovely to swim in. There are loads of sunbeds and also a nice restaurant close to the beach for breakfast and dinner as well - which I enjoyed. I also enjoyed hammam and massages at the spa at the hotel. It is more expensive than outside but well worth it if you don’t want to go too far in the heat. I would definitely stay again!

The entire staff in the resort is what makes it so special. The reception desk, wait staff, management, pool attendants, and spa staff etc are phenomenal. The people that work at this place make it truly special.

We are more than happy with our visit to Serenity hotel. The staff was incredible, fulfilling every single wish of ours. The food was high quality and there was very various cuisines. In addition to that we were everyday called and asked about our opinions and if there was something they can so to please us. We have found the place to stay in every visit of ours to Egypt, we recommend it absolutely!

It has a rocky beach, you can't walk in the water barefoot.. It's better to get swimming shoes..

Although the hotel is sold out on all holiday booking platforms like Booking, you won't feel crowded, undernourished or uncomfortable. The staff of the hotel are more than amazing. Everyone is helpful and friendly starting from Ahmed el Saied at the reception to Emad and Beshoy at the bar and towels station serving us with friendly smiles everyday. The animation team is also fun and cheerful and made our stay pleasant.

My stay at Serenity Alpha Beach Hotel was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the warm hospitality provided by the staff specially Mr. Ahmed Said he made the check-in process very smooth and efficient. He was very friendly and professional, ensuring a quick and pleasant start to my stay. I was greeted with a welcome drink and a complimentary upgrade to honeymoon package, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hotel offers a range of excellent facilities. I particularly enjoyed the 5 different swimming pools, which was well-maintained and provided a great space to relax. The restaurants & bars served delicious food and drinks with a variety of options to cater to different tastes. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, featuring a wide array of fresh and tasty selections. The service was impeccable. THE STAFF WERE ALWAYS ATTENTIVE, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
