Bartenders could be a little more pleasant around swimming pool area near reception.Need to find someone who knows how to do the karaoke set up and delivery of the songs.It was done very poorly with original singers singing along; not what karaoke is about.

Mr.Haitham the reception manager was incredible,helping us whenever needed and made sure our stay was every bit as good as our previous visit to portofino.The Food was excellent everywhere on the resort,our favourite being the Mediterranean.Entertainment was great as well,enjoyed the belly dancing and power lift in the pool from the seadoo.This was our second time at this resort and would return again in a heart beat.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful stay I had at your hotel this past weekend. The service was impeccable, the accommodations were comfortable and clean, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my visit was nothing short of exceptional speacially Mr, haitham at the front desk . From the warm welcome at check-in to the turn-down service in the evening, every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality. I the recommendations for local restaurants, the pool area, the in-room coffee/tea selection, Those little touches made my stay truly memorable. Thank you again for providing such a fantastic experience. I look forward to returning in the future and will be sure to recommend your hotel to any friends or family visiting the area.

We really enjoy our vacation at pickalbatros portofino. The location is amazing, the hotel is extremely clean and all the staff really look after the guests. The resort is really big and this really help during pick up season, because it's never packed. A special thank you to Haitham for his help during our stay.

The welcoming and the greeting was more than perfect starting from the moment we park our car to the moment we entered the reception and met Mr Haitham Yahia ,the man of the resort ,he was so helpful,greet-full , welcoming and generous,never let us need anything even for one second. Everything went very smoothly. We got upgraded to a sea view room. Mr Haitham was as available as one call away. Highly recommended and seems to be a regular yearly early summer treat for the family. Special Thanks to Mr Haitham Ali and Mr Mina.

Everything is facilitated there. Pools, clean beach, food all day, aqua park for both adults and kids. Wonderful place and so designated for families. I spent there one week and I didn’t need to go out the resort. Literally it is fully equipped with all needs and entertainment programs

There is nothing I didn't like. I wish I could stay more, or the place it closer to Alexandria so I can visit more often.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the most hospitable staff. They were extremely welcoming and polite. The receptionists offered me welcome drinks and upgraded my room at no extra cost. The resort is incredibly spacious. During our six-night stay, we discovered something new almost every day. Even though the occupancy seemed to be over 80%, the place never felt crowded. Several areas of the resort were almost empty, yet impeccably clean. The food was excellent at all the restaurants, whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There is a wide variety of dishes to satisfy different tastes and appetites. The only exception was a restaurant called Alfredo, which was mediocre. The aquapark was very enjoyable and had attractions suitable for all ages and preferences. The snorkeling experience was breathtaking. Diving into the water revealed a dreamlike scene of colorful coral reefs and schools of beautiful fish. You could easily spend an hour snorkeling without noticing the time passing by. All the employees were helpful and polite. For instance, whenever I requested a golf cart to move around, it arrived promptly, with the staff always smiling. The pool and snorkeling staff were friendly and encouraged my young daughter to try new activities and explore the fish. When my daughter fell ill, they called to check on her, offered trips to the pharmacy for medication, and even wanted to provide suitable food for her. I would like to extend my thanks to Mr. Sayed and Mr. Bassem for their exceptional service.

We had stayed at this location in the past, when it was Karamana. The location has improved a lot, the personnel is much more friendly, the food is excellent and with a big variety. A special thank to Hytham, who made our stay unforgettable helping us in the kindest possible way and also to Hassin who served us the best dinner in Egypt, on my 60th anniversary. Food at EL KHAN restaurant was esquisite!

the beach and the sea are three, shallow, stones, sunbeds are old. you can swim only until 18.00. the cleaning in the rooms is bad, the air conditioner grills are so dirty, they are poorly treated against mosquitoes, be prepared that you will be bitten by mosquitoes.

There were 7 days. incredible territory. you can ride bicycles, the only thing is that there are not enough of them and you have to constantly fight for them. the restaurants are great, especially El Han. the beach for Egypt is normal, very shallow, but the positive is warm water. I sincerely thank the manager Hahsam Ali, he helped us a lot in everything, always answered our questions at any time. very cool water park, children's area, swimming pools, take rooms with your own pool, you won't regret it. incredibly wonderful staff who serve you, everyone is friendly.
