We wanted more days!

It'been a great and relaxing week at the Portofino resort in Marsa Alam. Staff are really nice and reception always available to help. The animation team is fun and engafing, with activities at all times. There are also many restaurants for all the tastes. Eventually, pools are great and sea is just wonderful with plenty of fishes!

Amazing hotel and excellent staff. Special thanks to the receptionist Mr Sayed for facilitating reservation and everything in the hotel. The aqua was very large and beautiful for all ages, the sea was beautiful and clean, the restaurants were varied.

As we will certainly come back to this hotel, we look forward to seeing a few more green/sustainable improvements that are crucial, especially for a beachfront hotel. We are definetly aware that many efforts have already been made (for exemple, the availability of recycling bins, or the use of paper cups for takeaway drinks, the use of reusable dishes in restaurants). However, there are still some plastic bits (plastic straws / spoons, the packaging of the cutlery, takeaway boxes). It would be great to replace them with more sustainable options.

The hotel is great and the hotel staff is very kind and always attentive to your needs (special thanks to Ali Mohamed at the reception, to the persons who did our room daily with special little attentions, to many great and kind cooks and to the life gard with whom we regularly had interesting discussions about the marine life around there). Our room was wonderful, spacious, well maintained and clean. There are many pools and restaurants available which gives a lot of options. The beach front is easily accessible from the beach, which makes it easy with kids. Plus, the jetty gives good access to the house reef for beautiful snorkling or diving experiences. The waterpark is cool, for kids and for adults too, with many options adapted to different ages. The free access to "family bikes" makes transportation inside such a large hotel easy and funny, specially for kids. We definetly recommand ! Thank you !

Everything was excellente! Perfect location either for family (warm shallow waters) or sea fauna lovers (coral reef with myriad of fishes) ,we had plenty of delicious food (we adored El Khan restaurant with its oriental cuisine) and the staff was taking care of us with a lot of love all the stay,just amazing! Special thanls to Mr.Sayed Kanary who fullfilled all our wishes. We'll be back next year with all our family and friends!

The resort is huge, well organised, always clean and very beautiful. Many things to enjoy, the beach is lovely, the sea wonderful, there are so many pools and restaurants and bars to choose from. Staff is kind and always available.

The bus waiting time is long and some times extends beyond reasonable especially during the day when the weather is hot.

I've been to the hotel with family last year and we decided to visit again this year. The hotel staff starting from management including Mr. Mina and Mr. Haitham were very hospitable and kind, they made themselves available any time to look into our requirements and were always generous providing more than what we requested. The hotel is new and its facilities are still at its best conditions. It has nice swimming pools across its space. It also has nice landscapes. The hotel is clean and house keeping are doing a great job. We tried mostly all restaurants and the snack bars, and we can say that the food quality and variety are both excellent especially during the themed nights. One of the best advantages at this hotel is the the beach has part which is sandy where you can enjoy swimming without being bothered with rocks or corals.

It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated to ensuring that guests have a perfect experience. We couldn't be more satisfied and are already eagerly looking forward to our return. However, I would like to highlight that the service at the poolside and beach bars could use some improvement. Many staff members seemed less friendly and often served warm drinks, such as beer and other beverages. Despite this minor detail, it did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the stay. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Haytham Yahia for making our visit truly unforgettable! We can’t wait to return and savor more incredible moments at this wonderful resort.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pickalbatros Portfino Resort, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, making every moment of my stay truly enjoyable. A special shout-out to Mr. Sayed at the reception, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my visit. His warm demeanor and professionalism made a significant difference! Additionally, Chef Adel deserves a huge thank you for the amazing food and outstanding hospitality. Each meal was a delight, showcasing a wonderful variety of flavors that truly elevated the dining experience. Our evaluation is 10 because of the kidness of the staff always ready to satisfy every need , the beautiful and breathless oasis in which the resort extends that offers relax and every kind of activities you want. The quality of food was unbelieved compared to any other resorts in sharm el sheik. Only one note, the activietes outside and the shopping area are little expensive. Anyway all is perfect and we are happy to have choosen pickalbatros for our vacation
