We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel was perfectly located, just in front of the emblematic Palace of Culture and Science, and also very close to the main train station of Warsaw and to the bus stop from the airport. The rooms were very modern and comfortable and the staff was quite friendly with us. It was a good value for money.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. You've got bars, restaurants and supermarkets right at the door. The room had everything you need and it was very clean. I liked the fast you get free water from dispensers.

United States of AmericaWe had a beeping noise coming either from the room or somewhere else which was quite annoying. The 10% service at the bar was also a downside, considering that for a tea and a draft beer you do not do much as a bartender. Cleaning of the room only if you ask for it.
I loved the location, was easy to get by foot to tourist attractions. The room was quite big and I liked that there was a water dispenser on the floor that you can use for free. Tea and coffee was also available in the room.

Clean and comfortable. Close to the city centre and around 40 mins by foot to Old town. Staff is very friendly, I was with kid and we’ve got checked in earlier than it was supposed to, which was truly appreciated as we were super tired after the night train. Breakfast was perfect!

I loved the way they put a drinking water dispenser I'm assuming on each floor so you could refill your water bottle that was a nice touch. Breakfast was good also. A special mention for Anastasia ( apologies if I've got the spelling incorrect) who was so helpful to me in advising how to get about. Fantastic location literally right in the centre of warsaw
