The location is incredibly beautiful, and the host, Lukash, is absolutely wonderful. The cottage was prepared four hours before our arrival, which he kindly informed us about. He provided a thorough introduction to the cottage and immediately assisted us in getting settled, although it turned out to be very easy to open it (our bad 😅). The sauna and jacuzzi were both excellent, and we appreciate the host for preparing them in advance. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a group of six people per cottage. We will definitely be coming back!

It's not the first time at this hotel. The location is the best in Warsaw, in city center and with an easy access to the metro, tram, buses, etc... Room was spacious and clean and quiet. Would book it again any time.

Good location, 5 minutes from the market square. Clean. Looks like in photos, and looks really good. Easy check-in and check-out. Well equipped. Good contact with host.

No WiFi. There is information on the booking.com that there is WiFi in the apartment. It was a really big problem because I needed to use my mobile EU roaming data allowance (UK). I ran out of data after 2 days (automatic backups for example) and later I needed to pay ridiculous money for data. Everything I saved on the price of the apartment I spent by paying for data transfer. I haven't been in an apartment without WiFi for over 15 years or more. No free shower gel/shampoo. When I travel by plane I need to cut liquids, free shower gels are useful for short stays. If not that WiFi issue, I would strongly recommend this apartment. But considering how much it cost me extra - no, I wouldn't recommend it. Ok, maybe when you don't use smartphones, you don't take photos with your phone and don't use automatic backups - yes.

The location was amazing! The hotel itself was modern and the bag storage came in really handy & very secure.

No complaints just some details that might be relevant to some: - If you are tall you might hit your head in the first floor rooms. - The room will probably get hot in summer (no AC), being right under the roof. - There is a veranda below and a beergarden further off to the right, which hadn't opened yet. But when I was there it was quiet and being in the middle of Kasimierz in such a serene place is a treat.

The kitchen was missing some basic amenities. No microwave, oven, 1 pot. The bedroom mattress was extremely thin.
