The shower needs fixing-the water came out of the tap and out of the shower head at the same time! Otherwise, everything was great!

Everything was very comfortable and clean; the staff very helpful. The area is perfect for exploring the old town as well as for restaurants, drinks etc. Highly recommended.

It took forever to get hot water in the shower. Getting out of the second gate was annoying - had to open the second gate, lean out and enter the code.

"Breakfast was not available during this period, but the equipped kitchenette solved the situation. The lady at the reception was very accommodating and fulfilled the request to separate the beds with a smile. The terrace for evening relaxation was a pleasant touch. A nice detail was also the prepared ice in the freezer."

Great location, nice staff available during work-hours, good apartment overall, I would say clean and quite. They have no breakfast, but nice restaurant is right in front with buffet from 8-00 for 5$ or so. Parking in the city is an issue, but no surprises here, I parked in 50 meters for 2$ per hour (from 10-00 to 20-00), so it makes additional 20$ per day if you have no better solution and prefer to have the car near.

No elevator at the building, we were located on the 3rd level and it tooks us effort to bring child there every time we were leaving and coming back.

Location is great, a lot of attraction in walk distance.

The kitchen area is kind of small if you want to cook and eat your own food, but it wasn't an issue for us.

Location was really good with lots of restaurants and attractions all within walking distance. Rooms suited well our travel needs with two kids. The apartment had everything we needed including air conditioning, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster etc.

We only had an issue with the TVs - we were staying in apartment 9 and for some reason the signal was not working, we could hear what was being said on the TVs but could not actually see the picture aside from a short glimpse when we first turned it on, but this did not affect us much as we were just seeing if we could watch one of the euro matches and went out to watch them instead. Mainly our fault however as we should have checked if they worked when reception was open, as I am sure they would have fixed it!

Excellent location right in the heart of Jozefa Street and a really helpful team at reception. The apartment was great and very clean when we first entered, the bathroom had a washer, hairdryer and lots of places to hang our towels, which was very handy as we went to Park Wodny and some hot springs two days in a row! The beds were very comfortable and we were very grateful for the fans as it was 30 degrees in Kraków when we went. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cups and cutlery, and the upstairs terrace was an added bonus! We had a lovely stay, thank you so much!

I liked all of it. The washing line needs fixing above the bath but apart from that it was great. It has everything I needed and I would be happy to go back.

Excellent location in Kazimierz. Nice walk into the old town. Check in was easy. Clear instructions sent prior to arriving. I arrived outside of office hours so I was provided with the codes to access the building and the Keys to my room. The room was clean and well equipped.

A little noise from the street on first night but then double glazed windows shut and air con used and we slept well.

Beautiful traditional building in the centre of Kazimierz , very clean and good linens, beds and towels, minutes from restaurants and bars. The staff are friendly and helpful making bookings and giving directions. Highly recommended.

The location is absolutely ideal. It's in the heart of the jewish quarter which has the majority of the best restaurants and bars. The apartment is also pretty quiet though. Very good value as well.
