I was staying with two kids and a room was given in second floor just above the hotel entrance and smoking area. Cigarete smokes were coming directly into our room so it was not possible to open the window. Room has no air conditioning. Due to very good trained staff we were able to relocate into another room.

Rooms are very small with short of luggage space. Parking in front of hotel needs to be booked in advance and paid.

Location very good , close to centre. Hotel has table tennis, child play area, pool, hot tub, snooker, all good and free. Nice breakfast.

No refregirators , No morning gowns, No smart tv- The tv spóke in Polish which basically means we had No room entertainment as foreigners

The structure is not so new.

No fridge, and maybe recommendation for the breakfast is more sweet and veggie options.

Because of other reviews we didn’t have huge expectations, but it was actually super cool in proportion with the price. Pool was ok, not to swim but to relax after hiking, we also used the jacuzzi and it was perfect after a long day. Good location, functional. We really like the fact that were activities organised by the hotel for free, such as lectures, concerts and stand ups. We even got beverages and food for free in one of those events!! The staff was nice. Especially in the restaurant they were smiling and being nice.

A bit old fashioned building, but it was clean, renovated, so it was not uncomfortable for us.

Good location. Big common balcony on a floor. We could see all town and all New Year fireworks from it. 3 minetus walk from hotel to Zakopane central street Krupovka. Only 3 km from hotel to Tatransky park entrance (Kuznice) and 2 km to Gubalowka funicular. Small swimming pool and sauna (it was nice to visit it after day in the mountains).

Double beds are not real double beds; more single bed with an extension. Small rooms. Dated structure which needs renovations at least on the rooms' floors. Limited parking at the facility; bigger parking at 750m from the hotel.

Staff was nice and helpful. Good breakfast although the sweet choice was not great. Very good location; close to Krupówki but already on the mountain side. Price lower than other hotels.
