We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe were traveling by bicycle and were able to use the bike storage room to leave our bikes overnight. The location was central. The staff was phenomenally helpful. There was a whole gluten-free section on the breakfast buffet. Plus the selection at breakfast was excellent.

The rooms are very basic but have all the essentials. Beds were comfortable and room was very large. Breakfast was also excellent with a large variety of choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
