“Quirky room with open brickwork, very clean, spacious, comfy bed and well equipped bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Kitchenette and fridge useful and we had some milk and fruit we kept in there but had hotel breakfast. All staff welcoming and helpful, good selection for breakfast and well worth the money, enjoyed waiter service. Also location was excellent as central to sights of Krakow and main square. Received excellent recommendations for Polish restaurants and a local hairdresser too as we were attending a local wedding whilst there.”

“First of all: the young lady at the office made a little mistake: instead of giving me the key to the room in the student building, she sent me to Urban Living, which is the "hotel" building, which I suppose is of a higher standard and costs more.
My room was amazingly cozy. Very comfortable beds (which could isolates with lovely curtains), big, spotlessly clean bathroom, powerful water stream in the shower and a full equipped kitchen. The building itself was pretty much empty, which means it was very quiet all the time. The location is very convenient: there are tram stops just steps away. The neighbourhood is very safe. The temperature in the room was just right.”

The bathroom facilities worked just fine. There is a gym in the hotel but I could not hear any noise during the night. Very good location near the castle and the old town square. Coffee making area and a little table. I had low expectations and they were definitely exceeded, would probably stay again if I'm ever back in krakow.”
