No air conditioning in bed room ,which got very warm so had to leave door open for cool air to come through from air con in sitting room. Our freezer was not working, we didn't need it but it just meant there was a pool of water on the floor every morning in front of fridge. We did make Ann aware of this ,was not fixed during our stay but to be fair it was the weekend.

Alice in reception was amazing so friendly went through so much with us ,showed us good restaurants, bars ect. We had pre booked tours ourselves. We had an early flight so apartment was not ready but she left us put our luggage in lockers. She offered us coffee/ water also. We had requested extra pillows which were there and a chocolate left on the bed. Apartment very clean , tea ,coffee, water ect there for us also . We were in apartment 3.5 . Our luggage had been taken up for us ,so kind. Apartment only 6-7 walk to main square, very quite location .

Alice and Anna were very welcoming gave good advice where to eat and visit. 15 minutes from the train station 5 minutes to the main square nice cocktail bar on the way rumers polish beer👌definitely stay there again if we visit krackow again

I had issues with the intercom upon arrival, it did not accept the given code. This was the time when one receptionist lady came to open the door for me and helped finding my room. In the bathroom, there is a scale that I wanted to try out, however it seemed that it was rarely touched because the bottom part had a lot of dirt and old hair from previous guests. Disgusting and not worthy for the otherwise clean and amazing room.

The receptionists did a great job communcating and even helping me finding my room when I arrived. The location is also great as it is just a few minutes walk from the old town of Krakow. The hotel is very modern and the room is very well equipped with lots of sockets, water heater with coffee and tea provided and even an umbrella, I would definitely choose K4 Aparthotel for my next stay in Krakow.

Honestly nothing to dislike and nothing could have been better

This was in a great location, right by the square. We were greeted and given a run down of all the facilities and also some of the best places and excursions to see with a marked map before checking in, this was a great service! The apartment was big with a lot of mirror and good lighting - always a win! The bedroom was spacious and the kitchenette was great. We were also able to leave luggage locked away after check out with was fab

The perfect accommodation for a city trip to Krakow. The Old Town is just a few minutes' walk away. The self-check-in worked wonderfully thanks to a very detailed description. Secure parking is available directly in the courtyard. The apartment's equipment is new and modern, with everything you need. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing me with tips on sights and restaurants. It couldn't be any better.

Two details prevent me from giving the highest score: - Only after booking we found out the room would be on the fourth floor in a building without elevator. - We believed we would get a room with a view. We didn´t get it and did not bother to complain because we had not paid more for the view.

Cleanliness, staff and comfort were great. The apartment is light, spacious, very modern and functional, with all facilities and appliances we needed, and located in a calm street that is a 5-minute walk away from the central square.

The neighborhood itself was vibrant and lively, yet the apartment provided a peaceful haven from the bustling city. Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately struck by its modern and stylish design. The interior was tastefully decorated with contemporary furnishings and subtle touches of elegance. Every corner of the apartment exuded a sense of comfort and sophistication, creating a welcoming ambiance that made me feel right at home. The apartment was fully equipped with everything one could possibly need. The kitchen was a delight, boasting state-of-the-art appliances and an array of cookware, allowing me to prepare meals just as I would in my own home. The living area was cozy and well-furnished, featuring a comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen TV for relaxation. A two-persons duvet for the double bed in de separate bedroom would have been nice. The sofa bed in the living room is a bit hard for sleeping.

The place was very clean, new and comfortable; we only stayed for one night unfortunately. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom spacious. We liked the free bottles of water. The host was extremely nice and everything made us feel welcome. The location is great and walking distance from the main station.

If you are a bigger person, then the beds might feel to small for you, maybe they have bigger options on the beds tho, I didn't check.

The place was very big and specious and very luxurious, the interior was so nice! We were 2 people living there for almost a week, and they had 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets in each one. We had 2 tv:s, the beds were super comfy but a bit slim. We had a microwave, a fridge, a stove (no oven), a coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle together with pan, cutlery, plates and glasses. Everything you need. The hotel is located in the middle of the centrum. Only 5 mins from the train station and a SUPER big mall with all kinds of stores, even a big supermarket. It's super close to the old town main street, only 10 mins, and except from that you have stores, cafees and restaurants close by. The staff working in the reception was very kind and helpful, they reply to you super fast and it felt like they genuinely wanted us to be comfortable and satisfied. I have lived in alot of budget friendly hotels/apartments and this is by far the best I have been too !
