Everything. It was lovely, had everything you needed and was in a fab location. Krzysztof met us at the apartment and was very accommodating and gave us loads of info. The pub (Stary Port) a few yards away great! Would definitely stay again.

If I were to make one recommendation, it would be to have blackout curtains vs. the regular ones. But this is a very minor upgrade to truly great accommodation.

The location is very close to the centre of town. The rooms certainly have a high-end feel. Although parking was on the street out front, we had little problems finding parking in the evening's.. The host is extremely friendly and has thought of all the little things you may need, from coffee and milk in the fridge to umbrellas. This saved us on one wet day. It is a genuinely good place to stay and would recommend.

Fantastic apartment right on the outskirts of the Old Town so very easy access to everything. Neely renovated. Krystof was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was spacious and came with complimentary water, chocolates and juice. Parking very accessible.

There really was nothing not to like. Everything was just perfect and the host was brilliant.

The apartment is very well situated. It is clean and well appointed. Excellent mattress! Very efficient aircon! Great value for money! Coffee, tea, milk and water was provided. Lovely surprise and very welcoming.

A tiny thing. And don’t take the wrong way as it was best place I’ve stayed in a long time. But extra pillows be a nice addition for my preference

The whole experience was A+. I felt like I was at home sitting in my apartment. Beds so comfy. Air con perfect. We can’t express how welcoming the whole experience was. Owners real made us feel so welcome.

A wonderful stay. The host, Krzysztof, very kind, ready to help us at any time. The apartment is clean, spacious, very beautiful, equipped with absolutely all the necessary utilities. the location is perfect, central, 2-3 minutes walk to the old center. If you come by car, you may have a parking space, but it would be preferable to mention if you come by car when you book, as these places are limited. Certainly, when we return to Krakow, this will be the first accommodation option.

Stayed 4 nights here with my brother and this place exceeded our expectations!!! It was so nice to have the 2 bathroom, especially when getting ready! I am an American flight attendant and have traveled a lot around the world, I've done my share of hotels and apartment rentals and this place is one of the BEST places I've stayed, I mean they've really thought of everything! When I return to Krakow, I'll definitely be staying here! Thank you Krzysztof for everything!

Bathroom not well ventilated, gets really warm after one shower

Great location, walking distance to major sites and good tram links. Such helpful staff answered all our questions. Rooms stylish, clean with high ceilings.

Absolutely nothing. I highly recommend this place. I would say it's the best accommodation I've ever stayed in.

I liked everything about this place. The high ceiling, the cleanliness, the location. It is a perfectly located and set up to explore Krakow. Plus you have convenience of parking included which is a luxury when you are close to central Krakow.

The tight tunnel into the carpark can be a bit daunting for some - especially in a hire car.

Great location. Great host. Free Off street parking. Comfy bed. Great shower. Tea/coffee/juice/milk provided. Coffee machine. Utensils to cook with. Netflix for the evening. This place was the bomb!!! For more info - check us out on u tube 'Escape With Us' peace out!!

The only thing is it is up steps and stairs and I saw no lift, so it's not for anyone with mobility issues. Also there was no light in the hallway and stairs area when we returned at night.

Lovely high ceilings and a spacious feel to the room. Very big shower room and all the appliances you need in the kitchen area. A contemporary decor but in a beautiful traditional apartment building. Friendly, helpful staff and lots of little extra touches like milk and juice in the fridge. The location was just 5 minutes walk from the main square. I couldn't recommend this apartment more.

Very helpful people! The room was very comfortable, super clean and at an excellent location, right behind the university. There was no noise. They provide water, juice, coffee, tea and some chocolates. Definitely recommended, one of the best apartments I ever stayed in! 👌

We loved the apartment! We parked the car in their own yard which was amazing, after check out we still had 3 hours left before leaving krakow so we kindly asked and they allowed us to leave our car in the yard. Its very well located. Everything is clean and so cozy. We also loved the coffee machine with various capsules, tea, water, juice.. so many little things that makes everyone happy, thank you we will come back :)

Property was perfect

I booked Bentis Apartments at the very last minute due to my travel plans. They were very quick in responding and even though I checked in near midnight, everything went smoothly due to the detailed self check in instructions that were provided. I feel lucky to have found this gem in Krakow. The location, room, cleanliness, comfort, everything was perfect! Thank you for hosting me!

The appartment is very clean, cosy, has all the needed stuff. At the day of arrival Krzysztof helped us a lot also with transportation from the airport, gave very detailed explanations about the location, what we would like to do in Krakow. Mineral water and coffee capsules are free and available during our stay. It was just petfect!
