Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I really like how the bathroom lighting is all white, making it feel bright rather than dark. The room has been renovated. Initially, they put us in room 503, which is next to the water pump that runs every 15 minutes, day and night. However, they switched our room once we told the reception we couldn't sleep.

United StatesTerrible white lights all over the hotel that kill the ambiance. The place would be so dreamy if they used warm white led lights instead of fluorescent white.
Great cozy stay right in the heart of Cusco. Bed was super comfy, shower was strong and hot, breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect! They let us leave our bags after we checked out until our flight so we could walk around which was a huge plus. Highly recommend!

FranceJour room was right on the road so we couldn’t open any windows (they are blocked) hence the room was very humid - the bed felt wet even. The only window that opens is in the bathroom from where strong fumes come in.
Breakfast really good with lot of choices. Look elation is good, very central next to the market. The building is very nice so is the decoration of the room - cozy

RomaniaAs mentioned by others, the sound proofing should be improved. Our room had some windows facing the same ventilation shaft as the kitchen( even if we were at the 5th floor!). At 4 am every morning the kitchen would start preparing breakfast. You could hear every egg being cracked…
The location is quite central, with a 10 min stroll till Plaza de Armas. The breakfast is more than sufficient. But the main selling point of this hotel are the staff! Absolute perfect service! Every request we had was met by a positive answer and a smile. Complimentary coca tea is readily available in the lobby, together with some different types of teas.

United Arab EmiratesI stayed in two rooms during my time there. When I was on the third floor my wi fi was very weak I had to use my data. When I was on the fifth floor the wi fi was very good.
The staff of this hotel is absolutely the best. You can ask them anything and they will gladly help and assist. The location is great - 2 minutes walk from main market and 10 min walk to central square. The rooms were very clean.

Breakfast was great. Good selection of food, such as scrambled eggs, pancakes, some pastry, fruits and vegetables, juices. They also offer complementary tea in the lobby all day long and extra blankets if you are cold at night.

Amazing staff! Very clean rooms, large washrooms, and perfect location just 10 mins walk from Plaza de Armas. Amazing value for money, and staff will go above and beyond without being asked. I would 100% stay here again, no doubt!

LebanonWe had 3 breakfasts included in our reservation, but unfortunately we couldnt take any of them cause we had to take early tours. We asked for lunch box instead which was very poor and inacceptable including: one mandarine, one small pack of crackers and one apricot juice not tasty at all. We asked the 2nd day for at least a small sandwich, the receptionists says ok, but the next day it was the same box, and no sandwich at all. their explanation is that we can get poisened if we take food with us. Not acceptable at all for such hotel

United StatesRoom was perfect for our needs. We kept extending our stay as we decided to stay longer in Cusco. Nice attached restaurant for our breakfasts and one dinner. We ordered room service one night - they sent someone up to our room to take our order in person! They held our luggage when we checked out for a day and night in Machu Picchu. Location was very convenient, close to the central marketplace in Cusco. Highly recommended!
