We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesHowever our room was facing the street so late at night there were many loud noises. Especially from a shop that would continuously open and close their metal gate to put things away. This may be from the fact the windows seemed very thin.
The location was great! The hotel was a little outdated but very cute and clean. It was close to so many shops and places to eat as well as the beach.

IrelandNoise travels easily throughout the hotel, especially at night if there are any late arrivals etc.
Hotel is small, practical, is well kept by the staff who are all courtueous and helpful to guests. The rooms are clean and the air conditioning is most welcome. Breakfast is the norm every morning and is adequate for you to get your day started. Overall a very pleasant hotel with facilities that suit the lrice you pay.

Located close to the Fisherman's Park and many restaurants and cafés. The staff are hard working and helpful and the beds are supportive.

United KingdomNothing really. For clarity our room was small with no view but that didn’t bother us ( it was very quiet). There’s no lift but again not an issue for us.
It’s a charming, traditional Spanish hotel in an excellent location for restaurants, bars, shops and the seafront. It provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay - clean facilities, air conditioning, comfortable bed, a nice breakfast etc. at a reasonable price compared with many other hotels in Cambrils. Staff were friendly and helpful eg. carrying our case upstairs, showing us our room, explaining clearly where the parking is and how to get in and out of it and lots of little things. The hotel doesn’t have parking on-site but uses the Saba underground parking on the main seafront road, about 5 minutes easy walk. You pay the hotel, they take your car registration number to make the booking and the barrier just lifts as you go in and out - no ticket required.

United KingdomNot the hotel's problem, but I had to park several streets away and manhandle my luggage to the hotel in the heat. On street parking near the beach is difficult and expensive.
I wanted to take a look at Cambrils and the location was ideal for the centre, beach and restaurants. The room was small but functional and the air conditioning most welcome in the excessive temperatures outside.
