Our room wasn't ready when we arrived 2 hours after our check in time. We were offered drinks whilst we waited but were charged for them.

Although I like that they have cafe style breakfast instead of an expensive/unsustainable buffet I would have liked to be able to buy a breakfast with less waste/single use packaging.

Very good location next to central station. Very efficient furnishing of the room, comfortable bed and good shower. All services are at basic level which results in a very affordable hotel option in an otherwise expensive area. Staff is very helpful.

A little pokey but the location was perfect

Evalena on reception was fantastic - so helpful when our train was cancelled, she really looked after us and advised on things to do in the area. She also has a great new coffee machine.

Fabulous location across the road from the train station and heart of the city. Easy walk to city attractions. Warm, clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend. Stayed here again on our return from Flam and the room and service were the same - very good.

Nothing that I dislike

All staff was super friendly and helpful especially to Amina. My luggage was delayed due to missed flight connection and staff were very attentive. Only down side is there is no kettle in room for hot water.

I know that it is a hotel with few facilities, but from the description it was not clear to me that there is no place to have breakfast in the hotel, if you want a good breakfast you have to go outside. Another thing I miss is not having a kettle in the room, not having to go down to reception in my pajamas to have tea at night. 😅 But even with all this, I would stay at that hotel again.

The location is excellent, I had booked one of the rooms with a terrace and I was impressed, the shame is that I couldn't use the terrace due to the snow storm that fell those days.

Lack of amenities eg tea, coffee, kettle. Infrequent housekeeping

Great space and comfort! Clean room despite the fact that housekeeping is done only every 4days. Great location just opposite central railway station and next to the shopping street.

The room was small with a very high ceiling and dark walls; it made me feel like sleeping in a dungeon. The hallway dark and narrow.

Excellent location for making a train connection and a stroll around the neighborhood.

Although you can buy a breakfast bag, and other food at the reception, a little breakfast option would be a nicer way to start the day. That's it!

The check-in was very warm and welcoming. I loved my room, tiny and cosy with an excellent bed and pillows. Although there is a busy street with busses and traffic right outside my window, it didn't disturb me at all.

Minor issue: I bought some oatmeal for breakfast - but it was just hot water poured on oats - ready to go options are great, but this wasn't ready to go oatmeal.

Great location just across the road from the Central Station. I loved the drawer that provided an option to donate any unwanted items. Staff were also helpful.
