This is a cozy two-storage apartment very close to the city center. All needed facilities are here: fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a washing machine, a dryer, towels, shampoo, laundry detergent, and other facilities. Bedroom is quiet, cozy and warm, so I had a great rest after the active two days in Tromsø. There is also Wi-Fi and a big TV screen. Even though I didn't met the owners, but we had a great conversation through messaging.

The property was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was excellent - away from the hordes of daytime cruise ship passengers in the village and close to the starting point of a number of walks. The unobstructed view from our one bedroomed cabin (no. 14) and its terrace (which was bathed in late afternoon and evening sunshine) was truly outstanding. Reception staff were very welcoming.

THERE WAS NOTHING WE DIDN'T LIKE! Some previous guests have complained (unfairly in my opinion) about having to pay to rent bedding and towels. Quite simply if this is a problem for you then you should look to stay elsewhere. The property description makes it very clear that bedding and towels are not automatically provided but are available to rent if required at 130NOK per person. Those provided to us were of excellent quality.

The location and view is awesome. It has beautiful mountain and lake view cottages. All the cottages are beautiful. You can lie down in your bed and look at the mountains. The location is much better than hotels in Flåm. Please note it is in Aurland.

Excellent location. Roma is fairly big. Service from staff was excellent. Breakfast is pretty good. Abdul at Reception is excellent at helping out with everything everywhere all at once!

1. Corridors are a maze and my parents got a room at farthest point. It’s a pain when we had made two bookings much earlier and couldn’t get rooms together. 2. May be it was unseasonal heat, but lack of ventilation, and AC made rooms unliveable. 1 room got fan, other managed a little later. 3. Rooms in a corridor still entail climbing few steps. For my parents, who are nearly 80, it was a pain.

The room was quite light with the midnight sun, even with the blind fully closed. It would be good to have proper blackout blinds.
