The room was little noisy , like I know when home service is working in the room beside me. But not much noise.

Good staff , clean room , good space and the station is like 2 minutes walking from the hotel . And 10 minutes to the center but the train. There is a good turkey restaurant near the station and spar for groceries.

The room design was a bit weird but nothing much to care about.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, 25 minutes by bike from the city center, and 2 minutes to the Sloterdijk station. It was also very close to the airport.

The only downside was the service (or lack thereof) that we received at the Sky Bar restaurant. We went there on 4/27/24 at 10:45pm, looking forward to having a drink before going back to our room. We walked in, saw other people dining, and were told they were no longer serving drinks at the bar as they closed at 11:00pm. This was very surprising to us as 15 minutes would’ve been more than enough time to finish one drink. The two female workers who told us this were unfriendly, and were chatting together at the bar when we walked in. So, it seemed it was more an issue of us interrupting their social time together rather than them not being able to pour two beers in a matter of 15 minutes. On that note, we highly recommend Marmaris Grill & Pizza across the street. They are open late, have great food, and their staff are awesome!!!

Friendly front desk staff, comfortable room, easy to walk to from the Sloterdijk train station. The front desk also has snacks & drinks to purchase which is nice!

Booked a double bed but got 2 singles pushed together. Only got 1 bottle of water each for 3 nights stay. There was no guest book/welcome brochure in the room, so we had to find out for ourselves what was around the area or go down to reception for info as we couldn't find a number to ring them. These are only minor issues, though, and wouldn't prevent us from staying here again.

Great location - 10 minutes by train from the airport and a further 5 minutes to the central station. The hotel itself is only a few minutes' walk from the train station. Very clean and friendly staff. Good size room and bathroom. Comfortable beds, despite having booked a double, still slept very well. Aircon/heat also worked well. Would stay here again. Didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on the food.

There was dim light inside the room which didn't help the family especially with kids. Even near the mirror, the lighting was poor for getting ready. Safety wise, there was a sofa chair inside the room with extended legs which can cause injury.

The location of the hotel was perfect, near the station. The bathroom size was good for us.

They only allow you to fill in the check in forms at 3 o'clock (check in time). Everyone checking in on that day waits in the lobby until 3, which makes it a bit chaotic. What makes it worse is that there's a change of staff at 3. But apart from this it's a lovely hotel with a great location

Room very dark with poor lighting (not a bright, airy room but that's down to personal prefernce too of course). Shower is good but flooded entire bathroom very easily and had to use hand towels on the floor everytime we showered. Bar not open very late which is a shame as no other late night bars around.

Good location, 2 minute walk to a main transport hub (trains, buses, trams) so very good transport links. Room modern, clean. Staff friendly and professional. Room clean with good amenities.

the only bad thing I can really say about the service is the WiFi , it’s crap , after a long day of walking all I want is to call my family or watch something and apparently they don’t have streaming WiFi . The connection for streaming is horrible .

The place is close to the train station , the prices are decent , the staff is great .
