The room was a bit small.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The apartment itself was nice and housekeepers would clean it and provide new towels daily. The free breakfast was fabulous. The bathroom was very modern and clean and the hot water worked perfectly.

Breakfast choices were very limited.

The location was spot on for accessing public transport and delicious places to eat. Most of the people at the front were friendly and welcoming. While the room was small, it had what we needed.

everything. nothing was good except that near to city center.

the apartment access was very dangerous through very narrow and steep stairs. you have to leave your luggage in luggage room on ground floor and open your bags to take very necessary stuff in hands to the apartment. Not recommended with kids. hotel has no air-conditioning. it was extremely hot in the day and early evening. living area is on first floor and rooms are on second. living area was unclean. Tv was not working, staff was extremely un-welcoming and non-cooperative.

There should be a warning in your info on the loft room that u climb a narrow ladder to get to it!

the room super small and the toilet bowl located at narrow corner which not easy for large size people to access. There is not kettle and hair dryer in the room and luckily the main counter staff borrowed both to me. The breakfast is pretty simple with very limited of choices only

the location is super as it located in red light district and near the train station which easy to go anywhere and find food. The main counter staffs are helpful and cheerful

The room size was extremely small. The curtains were not hung properly on the windows. The curtain netting was sewn by hand instead of replacing them. The windows of the room faced the back of some buildings.

The room was clean, as well as the linen and towels. The towels were replaced everyday with fresh towels. The room was cleaned everyday and the beds were made up everyday.

That one of the rules stated in the room was that the light was to be turned off when leaving, but everytime we came back after the cleaning services was there, at least one of the lights was on That the window in the room only led to a small courtyard and straight into another room and that it was unable to be opened

It was very hot in the rooms as it was very hot outside. There is a lot of noise coming from outside but after travel and long days out and about one is too tired to let that keep you up (and I say that as a light sleeper!) The noise isn't loud music with a deep bass, but rather people out on the street.

Room was really hot, windows in the bedroom didnt open. Small fan was supplied in the room which made sleeping bearable. No aircon.

Location was amazing. We got a room in the back which was a super quiet. Beds were clean! We got there early and was able to drop off our luggage. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only problem with the hotel was the bathroom. The water would not remain at a constant heat while having a shower, and there is less than 0 legroom for the toilet. (ROOM 2111).

The hotel was less than 5 minutes from the train station, clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, staff went beyond helpful. With the amount of foot fall outside the hotel, it sometimes sounded like heavy rain, but after closing the window you couldn't hear a thing.

Very noisy at the front street but too be expected , one of the young male staff at night spoke too me in a vile disgusting attitude because I took my room key too the shop with me , rest of staff were fine
