Twin beds were together like a double. One small pillow per bed (more were provided when we asked). The shower flooded the whole bathroom floor on each use. Very very dark room with hardly any natural light and no view - the window looked onto the next room. Decor very dated.

Location - close to the station. Quiet - our room was in the middle so not overlooking the noisy streets. Friendly staff. Free to leave luggage on last day. Clean rooms.

The only thing we didn’t like was how run down the rooms looked. It was very clean, but could do wonders if there was a fresh coat of paint and maybe upgrade the furniture as our couch was covered in stains and holes.. didn’t bother us too much as we spent most of the time outside anyway :)!

The staff went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had whilst paying. 10/10 service!!

Would be nice with some hooks, especially in the bathroom, nowhere to hang a towel. Would also be nice with some vegetables for the breakfast, liksom cucumber or tomato to put on your sandwich.

The only thing I would suggest is that the breakfast should be more in quantity, not in quality. ( there was not bread or eggs after 9:55 while breakfast closes at 10:30)

Great location only a short walk from Central Station and the old town. Friendly and helpful staff, who provided me with probably the best map of the immediate city area that I've ever received from a hotel detailing streets and key sites. I also appreciated that the hotel had an elevator.

The room was dark. The only window was in a open column of sorts leading to the outside. A picture had already fallen off the wall when we got there and was perched on the radiator with the wire sticking out. Cleaning staff should have noticed and had it fixed. The first shower resulted in the bathroom floor being covered in water as the drain was slow. Front desk staff addressed it immediately. The toilet is facing a wall and anyone with long legs would have a hard time sitting on it The rooms are dated and could use a fresh coat of paint and decor to brighten them up. Breakfast was good however, the staff member wasn't overly friendly and had loud music playing. She seemed very efficient and getting stuff replenished and cleaned up.

The staff at the front desk were all very friendly and ready and willing to help with any questions or problems. The location was great!

The breakfast process needs sorting. Having to use and eat off a plastic tray, then clear the table and stack the tray while the lazy woman chats on her phone, is not my idea of a hotel breakfast. First time I've ever had to clear the things away myself. Someone needs to take her phone away and get her to do the job properly

Location is excellent. We got an upgrade to an attic room with a jacuzzi bath, so that was a nice bonus. Breakfast quality is very good

Pretty small and dark room and with tiny windows so the ventilation was pretty poor... Clean and with a bathroom though which was good 😊 I realise Amsterdam is very expensive but I feel 200€ was a bit too much for that room..

Fantastic location, 5min from the train station and right in the middle of the city where all the restaurants are. Breakfast was included too and was quite nice with many options ☺️

To be honest i wouldn't call this facility a hotel. It is something just one step forward of a hostel. You have your own room and own bathroom but still you do not feel that you stay in a hotel. The furniture is quite old and damaged as well as the towels. The shape of the room i have stayed was quite strange. The bed was OK for one person but it wouldn't feel large enough for two. The location is great but its disadvantage is the noise coming from the streets till morning. Since there are no air conditioners it is a challange to open the windows when the weather is hot because of this noise. The breakfast was not satisfying but very very basic. As a result benefit wieghs lighter than the price in the benefit price balance.

Location is great, just a few minutes walk from the central train station and very close to the locations that you would like to see. The staff is polite and helpful.

It was too expensive for such a small room. Besides, it's located on a busy street and there's almost no soundproofing; it felt like I was outside. The room could also be cleaner. The breakfast was pretty basic: bread, ham, cheese, spreads, boiled eggs, milk and coffee.

It was really close to the Central Station and the city center, so it was easy to get to everywhere I wanted to go. The bed was very comfortable and my room and a tub, which was a great (though I didn't manage to figure out how to use the shower head).

The location was excellent, very central. Although the street was busy it was not noisy once in our room. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The reception staff Laura and Mattias were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The kitchen staff were friendly and polite.
