Very stright stairs, missing light bulb at bed, no shampoo in the shower, no sound isolation.

Location of hotel is perfect, close to the station, the host was very friendly. Comfortable beds, can adjust hight, clean.

Just the stairs are too narrow if you have bug bags like us as a family

It is very close to the rotterdam central station, there is supermarket and donner around with halal food. The staff and Ed was very helpful and he helped us to check in smoothly and even when we arrived early before 2 pm. The room is comfy and clean

Very thin walls so you can hear noises from other rooms. I stayed on the top floor, room nr 1 and unfortunately the ventilation system was so loud that I couldn't sleep at all on my first night. I asked so the 2nd night it was turned off. For me it wasn't a problem but as written before the stairs are very steep like in a bell tower. So if you have heavy, bug luggages or/and you're not in a good condition this is not for you.

5 mins walk from the central station in a peaceful, calm and relaxed area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room, common bathroom and shower was very clean.

Maybe a lift at the property as carrying suitcases up the stairs was tricky.

Great location for the price, and the place was very clean and tidy. When we needed to check out slightly later this was facilitated, and Ed was super friendly and kind. Great stay.

Just a note - the stairs to the rooms are tiny and steep. Absolutely fine for most people but just noting for those who are elderly of have mobility issues or a huge suitcase!

It was a lovely place to stay! The location was fantastic - just outside all the hustle and bustle of the main city but only a few minutes walk from the train station. The room was clean and comfy - exactly what I needed. There were tea/coffee making facilities in the room, too.

Cool spot for a couple of nights. Close to the central station in a quiet neighborhood. Bear in mind that this is only to get some sleep, the hotel and bedroom are very small.

No large towels for the shower; however we had plenty of smaller ones (for face and hands) so in the end it was ok. Watch the stairs, very steep (but as in most buildings in the Netherlands!).

The shared bathroom was a little dirty and very very small. My legs barely fit when on the loo… shower was ok, but it would have been nice for some complimentary shampoo/body wash.

Maybe not a good idea to have a glass in the shower room, could get knocked over or dropped and smash on the tiled floor.

Brilliant for a 2-star. I was in room 4 (single). Especially liked the dutch shower room, fan, plenty of sockets and well placed shelves. The owner and staff are lovely.

steep staircase (we knew before, but stairs remain steep), so quite difficult with heavy luggage (no lift, we also knew)

3 min walk to central station; clean , quiet, overlooking a canal/lake; helpfull staff (owner who allowed us to leave luggage late); correct value for price; small table and chair in family room( helpfull for a late snack when arriving late) . Really good if your aim is the overnight stay just outside the station

The rooms and stairs are incredibly small and there is no elevator. There were not any shower room in our floor. Bathroom is also small.

The location was really good and also the staff is very kind. The beds and blankets are comfortable.

In the mornings it got quite warm in my single-bed room, but not so much that I needed to use the available fan.

The staff was very friendly, always available when I needed something and helpful with extra requests. All interactions were relaxed but quickly done. I arrived earlier than anticipated and could immediately check in. The room was as advertised.

The owner is a very pleasant and helpful person, it's is literally less than 5 minutes away from Rotterdam central station, I would stay there again.
