The staff were very friendly, attentive and professional. The hotel is well located just 20 mins walk to the beach and restaurants but in a quiet location. The accommodation is arranged around a lovely swimming pool in beautiful gardens. It is a small beautifully kept hotel, everything was so clean and neat. The rooms are spacious. Plenty of interconnected rooms for families too.

I recently stayed at Langkawi Chantique while competing in the Ironman 70.3, and I have to say, the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Whether it was helping me with my bags or arranging transportation, nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The room was comfortable and clean, and after long training days, it was exactly what I needed to relax. The location is great – close enough to the main attractions but still quiet enough for some peace. What really stood out, though, was how the staff went above and beyond. They even offered me some great local tips, which made my stay even better. The personal attention they gave really made a difference, and it’s not something you experience everywhere. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a friendly, relaxing place in Langkawi. The team at Langkawi Chantique will take great care of you!

Loved absolutely everything about our stay! The perfect location, just a short 10 min stroll to the Main Street and 2 min walk from the Thursday night market! The rooms were lovely and spacious, beds comfortable and grounds of the hotel kept immaculate! Comfiest pool chairs I’ve had in a long time! The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety to choose from, and the staff were beyond helpful, extremely polite and just overall lovely people! Will definitely be returning, thank you so much for the lovely stay!

Malaysiathe toilets can’t handle a large amount of toilet paper at once, so be sure to dispose of used toilet paper in the provided bins.
This hotel was a huge surprise for me! It’s affordable, conveniently located, and the staff is incredibly helpful with any issues, always with a smile. Although the breakfast variety isn’t extensive, it was very enjoyable and memorable. The pool water is always clean. The overall environment is comfortable and clean, reflecting the careful maintenance by the management. Before leaving, my family insisted on leaving a positive review. We are very grateful for the attentive assistance from the hotel staff in addressing our issues due to the large number of guests. If you're still hesitating about this hotel, don't wait—just book it!

If any hotel wants to learn about customer service they can’t go far wrong spending a day with the staff at Chantique. Everyone we met during our stay was so friendly, with a smile on their face. The location is away from the strip so if you want to stay there then Chantique is not for you. It didn’t bother us as was nice to escape the hustle and bustle. A GRAB is readily and cheaply available to take you there tho.

Everything and everyone. It’s hard to know what to say about this amazing place that will do it justice! The staff are all incredible - so happy and friendly and will go out of their way to help you with anything you need. They have put so much thought into the details - beach towels, umbrellas to borrow, eggs on demand at breakfast as well as the usual stuff like toiletries and tea and coffee station. The location is awesome - walking distance (or a $1 grab) to the Cenang strip, and they rent scooters if you want to go further afield. The pool is spotlessly clean and so refreshing after a hot day. We stayed 7 nights and had the most wonderful time, we can’t thank you enough for making our visit to Langkawi so perfect.

United KingdomThe property is located a 15-20minute walk from the nearest beach/ shopping area, this didn't bother us at all, but it may be something to bare in mind.
We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Langkawi Chantique. The individual bungalow style room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The room included a glass jug to allow you to fill with water from the water dispenser in the cafe, in order to reduce plastic bottles being used. The bed was comfy if slightly harder then we're used to, although this didn't impact our experience at all. The property boasts a lovely pool area with sun loungers and canopy style beds. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with any questions, they also offered recommendations for local activities. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Absolutely everything the owners and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly they made us feel totally at ease.....nothing was too much. The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas, and the breakfast service was exceptional and there was a wide variety of choices available. The gardens areas were well manicured, and the pool like everything else splendid....really nice to cool off in from the heat. The hotel is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the main beach ⛱️ and the vast majority of bars and restaurants. We both found the walk easy, and it's a left from the hotel left again at the lights 1st right,very easy to find. We have been travelling for over 6 weeks now and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in .If I could give it 11 out of 10 I would. Without any doubt whatsoever, I have no hesitation in highly recommending it . This hotel, its owners and staff are all a credit to the hospitality and tourism industry if anyone wants to learn how to run a hotel then come spend some time here.
