We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TaiwanGood location, near to station Tenjin Minami Exit 6 (NO LIFT/ELEVATOR), walking distance about 3-5 mins. Lawson just in the corner. The room is quite big for family in 3 with 2 big luggage, well equipped with washing machine and dryer, humidifier... Staffs in front desk are friendly and helpful, definitely will stay the same place in next trip.

SingaporeIt is clean but some marks on wall here there , could have been scrubbed or wiped off by housekeeping . I’ve been to spotless hotels but this isn’t one. Otherwise it’s perfect.
Washing machine and dryer (2 in one) was excellent . It wasn’t noisy. Room is not too squeezy. There’s space to walk around . Location is quite good. Would stay here again for the washing machine and dryer!

Indonesiathe staffs are not good in english, I experienced some miscommunication regarding this stay. Firstly, I ordered two rooms under two different names but the staff insist that I only have 2 rooms under 1 name (I have showed my booking but she keeps telling me don’t have other name in the booking which is very weird). Secondly, I ordered the taxi through front desk on the night of 26th June 2023 for my morning flight the next day. I asked the staff whether there’s taxi that suits 4 people with 4 big luggages, she didn’t speak much and talked on the phone then said 1 taxi is enough. on the next day I found that she ordered 1 sedan taxi :) gratefully, the taxi driver helped to order another taxi.
the room layout is nice to open 2 large suitcases and cabin luggages comfortably, excellent room facilities (they even have microwave, washing machine, sink, induction stove in the room), good location
