Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesMaybe not the most convenient location if you’re coming here with several bags since you might have to walk on a busy sidewalk for a bit if you take the subway near, but it’s right in between several good places to check out. Canal City is maybe like a 10-15 minute walk, Daimyo area is like a 10 minute walk, and Tenjin also has plenty of shops and food. Tokyu Stay always has the washer dryer, so it’s very good for long term stays. The room is clean and they can come pick up your trash everyday too

ThailandThey charge you an extra money for cleaning your room in each day, but they change towel and trash every day. However, you need to inform them by 11 AM. They don’t have parking area, but you can park on the footpath for a while to drop your luggages.
Location is good. It’s near shopping area. There are many restaurants near the hotel as well. Breakfast was good. It’s buffet and they change menu everyday.

I liked how the room was clean and the double bed was pretty big. There was a microwave and washing machine in the room as well. Overall a great place to stay.
