I hade the feeling that the value for money was far from good. I'll not come back nor recommend the hotel even if we had a pleasant stay. Some common amnety were lacking (e.g. coffee or slippers), things that you will have in any cheaper business hotel. Also we didn't like the bathroom, personal taste here, but it was not pratical.

Overall a decent hotel and value for money, strategically located at Odori Park, nearest metro station is Odori exit 1. Breakfast is superb, staff is really helpful and hospitable. There is convenient store nearby for late night hunger.

The bathroom is old-fashioned and the location is a bit far for walking to the main shopping street.

Our room is big on the 14th floor, with a nice view of Odori Park. Breakfast is OK for western style.

Would have been nice to be able to leave my bags somewhere until check-in time instead of waiting with them in the lobby. Enjoyable as that was, I wanted to go outside to see the festival and get some food. The noise insulation for outside sound was not quite enough at night - the autumn festival was taking place in the park and the traffic crossing wardens whistles were audible every few minutes until they closed for the evening, which meant I could not get an early night.

I arrived slightly early and enjoyed the spacious atrium lobby while I waited to check in. The views from the lift into the atrium and from the windows at the corners of the floors were very nice. The view from the room was even better, overlooking the park as expected. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel is located next to Odori Park so it is easy to locate the hotel. The train station is nearby and shopping areas, like tanuki shopping street, are within a walking distance. The twin bed room was a decent size for two travelers. The beds were comfy and lots of amenities were provided.

Very limited vegetarian options in breakfast, but egg omlettes and other dishes were available.

Good location opposite to the park, short walking distance from Odori station, walkable distance to TV tower, clock tower, botanical gardens, shopping places. Very friendly staff, comfortable room, good coin laundry within hotel which wasn't busy. Self lockable left luggage area was available near the reception when we arrived earlier than expected. Tip: the closest exit from station is a narrow flight of steps, would suggest looking for an exit with an elevator if carrying a lot of luggage.

Great location near Adori Park Allowed me to park my campervan in front of lobby Super friendly and helpful concierge - Can't remember his name - tall and slender on matured side. He went out of his way to give me directions to Sapporo Beer Museum. Arigato!

Location was great. Odari park is literally right outside the entrance. Hotel staff was friendly and spoke English very well. I liked how they had self service laundry, for a fee, which is expected. Public transit is close by as well which made getting around Sapporo easy.

The hotel's location is excellent. Rjiht at Odori Park. Walking distance to many attractions like Sapporo TV Tower, Old Hokkaido Govt Office, Sapporo clock Tower.. The rooms are relatively large.

The room was upgraded for free. It was very large, and felt to me a little bit old fashioned, but in a way that I liked. There is a huge central atrium, at the base of which is the breakfast area. Very good breakfast. Polite staff.

A faint smell of cigarette smoke, even room change.

Excellent location connecting to main attractions of Supporo, Odori Park just a front door, TV Tower, Clock Tower, Red brick office and even shopping areas. Bathtub and comfy bed. Good Breakfast.
