I loved the lobby and the books. I also really appreciated the bathroom quality and amenities. The employees were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we enjoyed the afternoon tea with books they offered.

Everything was lovely. Would have loved more time to browse the book selection while sipping our delightful sake in the lounge! Which was lovely too.

The rooms were far smaller than anticipated. The carpet in the elevators needed to be changed. The metro was a tiny bit far and it seemed the connections I wanted to make were not a straight shot. There were not a whole lot of restaurant choices close by, but there were a few. With these things being said, I would stay here again

The lobby area was fabulous as it had a super comfortable chairs- great place to hang out in the afternoon or evening and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff were so kind and attentive. Little things like an ice machine on the 5th floor, wine glasses in the room and a filtered water dispenser on each floor to fill up your water bottle were great touches!

The bathroom was rather small and, with two taller members of the party they said the shower ceiling was a bit low.

Really good location. 5 minutes from an underground station and about 10 minutes from the main JR line. Close to Tokyo Tower and only took 30 minutes to walk to Ginza if you feel like a break from the train. The staff were all super friendly and polite. Loved walking into to lobby and the little book rooms dotted about! We had a triple room for two adults and a teenager with 3 single beds (one set of bunks). Room wasn't huge but it was big enough and had a small seating area which was useful when we wanted to chill and have snacks. All three beds came with a set of various charging points which was amazing. Really impressed with the toiletries that were provided, covering all the things you might possibly have forgotten - toothbrushes, razors and all manner of other items. Breakfast was OK but we only ate in the hotel the first morning as we found other places that we thought were better value. The French bakery just round the corner was excellent!

Slightly longer walk to metro stations.

Beautiful hotel filled with books. Lovely little reading rooms on each floor. Coffee machine in lobby. Iced water available on all floors. Excellent sized room with huge bed. Great amenities. Staff extremely helpful. Helped us book a taxi to the airport. Great location for Tokyo Tower and Ginza shopping area.

Nothing, amazing

The room was absolutely amazing, with all the skincare products you can imagine. The bed was so large and comfortable, and they did care about every single detail. The breakfast was unbelievable, they had a large section with croissants, pancakes, fresh bread, cheese, fresh fruit, waffles, mozzarella, ham… and they also had a gluten free stand, which is IMPOSSIBLE to find in Japan.

Located in a very quiet area near Tokyo Tower and the large Shiba Park, but at the same time with a lot of restaurantes and bars around, and only 15 minutes walk from Shinbashi and 20-25 minutes from Ginza, so perfect for all purposes, including a nearby metro and train. A quiet hotel with a nice bar and restaurant. No spa or pool, but not needed, when there is so much to see arround you.

The shower, toilet and vanity in the same room wasn’t ideal for the 3 of us. Our previous 4 hotels on this trip had all had a separate toilet. The shower was a bit tricky to use, you had to get the angle just right or the water would go all over the floors as there was a shower curtain rather than a door. The basket of towels was right next to the shower so often ended up getting wet. A thin blind on the window meant we were often awake by 5.30am. Room is cleaned on alternate days so could do with a larger bin or perhaps a recycling bin on each level for bottles, cans etc.

Great location, a quieter area but lots of food options within walking distance and several transport options. Very flat and walkable and safe.. Tokyo Tower is 10 minutes walk and 15 minutes to TeamLab. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The recent renovation is fantastic and the book theme is a lovely addition. Loved the Nespresso machine for guests to use in the foyer and the lounge was very welcoming. Great quality amenities in the room , nice linen and the beds were comfortable. Loved the floral arrangements in the foyer level. Washing facilities on level 4 and an ice machine and microwave on another level. Appreciated having decent sized glasses and cups in the room and a garment steamer.

Everything about this hotel was great! Our twin room was a good size for parent and teen travelers. The hotel, even though it was full, was always quiet. Conveniently located to sites and public transportation. Great restaurant. Kind and helpful staff.
