Good value for money. Excellent breakfast. Cleanliness everywhere. Polite staff. Comfortable bed. Beach is a few steps away (with wild seals on the coast). The railway station is in a 15-minute walk. Easy transport to other cities.

nothing to dislike about the hotel although the parking in ostend in common with most other places is difficult and the hotel's limited garage space is usually booked up months in advance ,so we had to use the underground car park which wouldn't accept three of our credit cards on trying to exit and eventually after a good deal of panicking we were able to find two cards that the machine accepted to release our two cars.

we can't fault the hotel.my wife is belgian and lived in ostend until she was 12 and now at 76 whenever we return to Belgium we head for the Princess. this time we came with one of our sons and his family and the family room is spot on.

Our only issue was that the toilet was at the other end of the room from the bathroom. I stress that this is a MINOR gripe.

Staff were excellent and the room and hotel were modern and clean. Breakfast was varied and well presented as was the dining room. The bar was comfortable and relaxing.

We liked everything. The room was comfortable and very quiet. The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and happy looking; it looks like a good work culture. The location was perfect for us.

We had requested single beds and 1 out of the 4 rooms was a double bed. The triple room was very small with one bed in the hallway

Large room. Parking for bicycles. Clean. Very hygienic. I liked that the toilet was seperate from the bath and sink in the bedroom. Coffee/tea in room. Good closet ,lighting, storage

Very friendly and helpfull staff, family run. Room nice and clean, good matress. Nice breakfasts, plenty. Human at reception till 12pm always good!

Didn't like the cardboard cups for coffee in the room. I went out and bought a mug rather than use the paper cups in the room.

Location excellent. Have stayed in Ostend many times. Usually 4 times a year before Covid but in other accommodation. Room was everything I could ask for but appreciate my stay was out of season. Perhaps my requests may not be met in high season however would gladly return to the hotel.

The room was a bit cold. Most probably there was a way to increase the temperature. But I admit that I didn’t asked (it was a busy day for me)

Hotel parking expensive, and free parking about 20 min walk away, but very busy and took a while to find a spot (Not the hotel's fault)

Hotel is located in an excellent position being a min walk to the seafront and a 10 min walk to he main shopping area. A warm welcome was given and room was warm and clean. Breakfast was great with a choice of hot and cold dish's that were kept replenished

Breakfast waiters were not very pleasant. Breakfast had a good selection. However the bacon bits were a bit strange Street parking is a bit tricky, but there is underground parking nearby.

Great location,2 min walk to the sea front.Room was very spacious perfect for our family of 4. By the Reception area there is a small playing room which kept the kids busy for a long time. Thank you to the receptionist on duty on Friday night as he went above and beyond to help ,us really appreciate it

The only thing that was negative was the price to park the car.

Room was modern, comfortable and had everything you needed. The location was excellent just around corner to promenade and short walk to city centre. Parking was very close . The breakfast was very good plenty of choice.

All fine, I only missed the vegetables at the breakfast (but this is only a minor issue).

Nice room with a small balcony, everything clean. Very close to the beach :-).
