Its location was close to the main railway station, surrounded by cafes and restaurants providing many places to eat. The room was large allowing easy access to both sides of the double bed. The shower was good after a days site seeing.

Location, exit 10 Unimall under station so you can stay in aircon in mall to reach hotel. Family Mart right next to hotel, handy. Coin op laundry in hotel, 600 yen large wash n dry, only 2 machines though, adds its own detergent. Comfy beds and pillows, lovely staff so helpful. Complimentary coffee in reception.

The location is quite good, it is just 5 min walk to Nagoya Station and it is right up at the exit of the subway. The staff in the restaurant all are very professional and super helpful, they have quick response to address customer needs.

Check in very easy. Needed an extra night due to flight issues and hotel could only accommodate through booking. com despite availability. This was very difficult and eventually just booked one night so had to move rooms for 1 night. Beds very comfortable. Immaculately clean rooms. Maybe better to book directly with hotel. No email for hotel but staff English very good with phone calls.

IndonesiaFirstly, for a 4 star hotel, I would expect the staff to be at least capable to speak a basic English. I am not saying all the staff there cannot speak English at all. There was this male staff at reception that couldn't speak English at all. I was going to check out the next day and asked if I could leave just One of my luggages just for 1 night at the hotel, as I was travelling with my children to Legoland the next day and I was going to pick up my luggage from the hotel early in the morning. I don't know if he couldn't understand what I said although I have typed using digital translator or it was just the hotel policy that doesn't let guests to leave their luggage after check out (even for just one night).

On some days the room was cleaned better , on some days it wasnt. They changed the towels And emptied trash. But i dont think they vacuumed the carpets .
