Their breakfast menu was not the best we had while travelling. Found the local convienance store provided better options.

Its location was close to the main railway station, surrounded by cafes and restaurants providing many places to eat. The room was large allowing easy access to both sides of the double bed. The shower was good after a days site seeing.

No complimentary drink tray although mugs and kettles provided so seemed odd. Couldn't see supplies in reception but might be me.

Location, exit 10 Unimall under station so you can stay in aircon in mall to reach hotel. Family Mart right next to hotel, handy. Coin op laundry in hotel, 600 yen large wash n dry, only 2 machines though, adds its own detergent. Comfy beds and pillows, lovely staff so helpful. Complimentary coffee in reception.

The location is quite good, it is just 5 min walk to Nagoya Station and it is right up at the exit of the subway. The staff in the restaurant all are very professional and super helpful, they have quick response to address customer needs.

You need to wait extremely long for breakfast (45mins) and it was not tasty (it was unsuccessful trying to prepare a European style breakfast).

The onsen was very good and not crowded. Good rooms' sizes as per Japan. Nice kimonos offered. Great location.

Sometimes hotel runs out of fresh milk, fruit, yoghurt. Be early for breakfast as gets very busy.

Check in very easy. Needed an extra night due to flight issues and hotel could only accommodate through booking. com despite availability. This was very difficult and eventually just booked one night so had to move rooms for 1 night. Beds very comfortable. Immaculately clean rooms. Maybe better to book directly with hotel. No email for hotel but staff English very good with phone calls.

The twin room is small.

The hotel is conveniently located near Nagoya Station and Kokusai Center Station and the spa facility is great. The hotel offers good value for money and I had a wonderful stay.

Firstly, for a 4 star hotel, I would expect the staff to be at least capable to speak a basic English. I am not saying all the staff there cannot speak English at all. There was this male staff at reception that couldn't speak English at all. I was going to check out the next day and asked if I could leave just One of my luggages just for 1 night at the hotel, as I was travelling with my children to Legoland the next day and I was going to pick up my luggage from the hotel early in the morning. I don't know if he couldn't understand what I said although I have typed using digital translator or it was just the hotel policy that doesn't let guests to leave their luggage after check out (even for just one night).

As expected, the room is small, but the bed is too small, even for a tinny couple to sleep.

Very good location, 5min walking to railway station. There is a family matt downstairs, surrounding area is full of good restaurants and shops. Staff is patient, and helpful.

There is no lift access to the underground UniMall via Exit 10. Hence big Luggages need to carried it down

It was fairly near to the train station and many amenities were within walking distance. There’s a family mart located within the hotel on L1 and if from the underground mall, UniMall, take exit 10 and you’ll be right in front of the hotel 😉

Rooms were not cleaned well. I think it depends on the chambermaids but i noticed my luggage had a layer of dust when i laid it down on the floor . To open it. On some days the room was cleaned better , on some days it wasnt. They changed the towels And emptied trash. But i dont think they vacuumed the carpets .

Convenience. Its so near the station, the good local restaurants. Near the entrance of the unimall too

The location is not too far from Nagoya Station. Ichiran Ramen is just only 40 m from hotel, so it's very good for us. Yamachan is also not too far. Room size is very narrow, but is very clean.

The beds were a little too firm but that is just our personal preference. Everything else was fine.

We liked the ease of location and the many numerous places to explore and eat at different restaurants. The bathroom was very big to accommodate our family of 4. The room was a little small but cosy.

the location is quite good. there are many restaurants nearby and very convenient to access to Nagoya station. bathroom is not large but water warms up very quickly, and equipments are easy to use and everything is kept clean.
