The big wash pool they charge me fee, even we didn’t use it.

View is wonderful. Fabulous! Others were pretty normal, but at that mountain with Those stuff would be okay.

This is not necessay but I wish wifi can be provided in each room but not only at the lobby's floor. I know this is very common in most of the Japanese Onsen hotel and I respect their approach.

The hotel is at a great location, which there is shuttle service provided from and to Nagasaki Station that you need to book in advance, where you can view the whole Nagasaki Port from your own room which is a fantastic view no matter in daytime or at night. The staff I met were all very nice and have all tried their very best to communicate with me in English in order to let me can enjoy the stay. And the room is large and comfortable enough to make you relax and sit back to watch the stunning sight. Both the buffet dinner and breakfast provided is very tasty and you can try the cuisine from sashimi to the Nagasaki local dishes. Need not to say you can even enjoy the view of Nagasaki Port during having hot spring at the outdoor onsen on the top floor. It really worths spending a night in Hotel Seifu if you visit Nagasaki.

No wifi in the room, only at the lobby, very inconvenient and inconceivable in this day and age. Very infrequent shuttle service means having to take a taxi from the train station.

Excellent dinner and breakfast buffet, beautifully presented and lots of choices. Beautiful outdoor onsen , lots of choices for Yukata.

    It was all great

With beautiful city views from its best rooms and a top floor onsen, this hotel has a magical setting to relax and enjoy hot spring life in Nagasaki. The buffet dinners and breakfasts are impressive, with quality choices in a well-run restaurant. We also appreciated a voucher for drinks. A great experience, easy to travel to and from the city centre using the free shuttle bus.

I assumed that a hotel being displayed on an international marketplace like Booking.com meant that is was somehow open to foreigners, and it's not what we experienced. The staff at check-in was not welcoming (nor speaking a word of English, but I'm French so I'm not shocked). I'd say the hotel has a style - from the 60s or 70s - and remains in this atmosphere. This hotel is adapted to big families (lots of Chinese/Taiwanese groups were present and seemed to have fun), not for us. Too bad we couldn't find out before.

The view on the bay is spectacular (location, location, location), from the morning to the sunset. Definitely that was the plus of this hotel.

Too expensive for its value. Facilities slightly outdated. Dinner and breakfast were buffet self-service. Atmosphere of restaurant somewhat canteen-like. Food quality was okay but not worth the price. Place is rather far off the city center.

Nice view over the city. Friendly staff.

Chair in my room had ripped cloth but this wasn’t changed after I reported it. Dehumidifier and air conditioner made room uncomfortable. I opened window so I could breathe. No sauna in 3rd floor onsen and cleaning area not separated from tub.

Price quality, amazing onsen experience with tons of food in the morning and evening. The bath is very nice and is large! For the price this might be one of the better stays in Nagasaki. But only if you have a car rental. If the dinner is to expensive, only take the breakfast. It is a wide variaty of food. The pictures shown on the page are for the dinner.

It’s not just about the hotel but it’s more about Nagasaki: if you’re not confident with Japanese costumes and language, it might be difficult to move around without help. It’s not like Tokyo or the cities in Kansai. In Kyushu, they are not really used, prepared and have the patience for foreigners.

It’s an amazing place. Starting from the entrance with an artistic doors and walls long the escalator to bring us at the front desk. They have a large selection of yukatas, so you can chose the one you prefer. From the room with the view you can see the bay of Nagasaki. The onsen on the 3rd floor is lovely but the one on the 11th is amazing! It has a large pool outdoor from where you can see all over the city. If you stay at this hotel, you don’t need to go on the very top of the mountain. Both the dinner and the breakfast have an large buffet full of various exquisite food. They have a shuttle service to the station. Very happy with my staying.

Staff was generally polite, but did not help to explain things when I asked questions. Likely because my Japanese was not too good. Nonetheless, they did not give off an appearance of trying to help me. They just repeated their queries in Japanese with the same phrases. The clerks at the souvenir store were direct and unhelpful. The buffet staff were also direct and unhelpful. I also had my hotel slippers stolen while I was in the hot bath. I had to walk to my room in my bare feet. And the massage I had was overpriced and not too good in my opinion. I understand that I am not Japanese and that my language skills are not great, but I have stayed at many other places that did not speak English and they were very helpful without speaking English. My overall opinion is that this place was not a very pleasant place to stay - especially for the price. I would not recommend it to anybody.

The view was very nice, and the room was very large. The lobby was very nice and the souvenir store had most things I wanted. The bath excellent and pleasantly relaxing.
