A large five-star hotel with a great view of Osaka Castle. We stayed in the Luxury Junior Suite. Unfortunately, it was just for one night, but we would have loved to indulge in this room for longer. The hotel is conveniently located near several metro lines within walking distance. It’s a big hotel, which some may love while others may not. However, the five-star experience is evident throughout—service, hospitality, and restaurants are all top-notch.

What we were upset with was that we were given only 2 complimentary bottles of water per day and when we asked for additional bottles we were asked to "pay" for them (450 yen per bottle)....this is unfair as the hotel needs to understand adults and children cannot live on 2 bottles of water and charging for extra bottles is unfair. Last but not the least we were expecting a 5 star hotel to have a 5 star buffet breakfast...but what we again saw was limited and repeated buffet...disappointed big time....maybe the hotel management needs to visit any of the gulf countries to truly understand what a buffet breakfast is.

The location was excellent - close to Osaka Castle and JR line Osakajokoen station... the room was spacious and big with direct view of Osaka Castle....the reception staff and room keeping staff went out of their way to help and guide us...10 on 10 for that...

Coffee was not made by an automatic coffee machine with fresh beans - not seen at the buffet. Anyway tea was very good.

Breakfast was good, you could select between japanese and english breakfast. You could try both. Waitress guided you to a free table, all without any rush. In general the stuff was very polite and friendly.

Very little to not like, in my opinion! But a few things that stuck out (though none of this would prevent me from coming back!) - No cutlery in the room (though room service was very quick to bring things up); only one toilet even in a suite sized (makes a difference if you have 4 ppl in the suite!); breakfast spread was the exact same every day - would be nice to have a little variety. But none of this would prevent me from coming back next time!

Price point is superb - versus the usual international hotels, a similar price point got us an entire suite which was great as we have energetic kids. The suite also came with complimentary daily morning coffee/tea service, as well as a (one-time) 30min massage. Staff are friendly and helpful, which I especially appreciated as we were travelling w younger children. They were responsive from before we even checked in (we had emailed before arriving with questions about transportation and logistics), and then throughout the stay (helped us get last minute bookings at hotel restaurants several times). Unbeatable peaceful view of the Osaka castle. Modern internet enabled tv's with all the usual apps installed. Good breakfast with both western and japanese/Asian options. Looking forward to returning in the future! ♥️

My husband was told he wasn’t allowed to take a Coke up to the room so he had to finish it in the bar. We didn’t really understand why that was. Also the hotel is quite old fashioned and a bit tired and in need of some new furnishings, so that was a bit surprising given the price.

We booked a room with a castle view and it was absolutely amazing. The cityscape we had was incomparable. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Check out isn’t until noon which is unusual these days and we enjoyed having an extra hour in the morning to relax. The reception staff and bellboy were lovely. The location is excellent - a ten minute walk from the castle and well connected to the rest of the city by Osakajo station which is 2 mins walk from the front door.

Everything was great. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There are multiple convenience stores and restaurants across the street and the view of Osaka Castle at night is beautiful.

I had no complaints everything was amazing.

The staff was amazing! They carried our bags to the room and we really enjoyed the top floor bar! The drinks were so good and the service was amazing as well. We were able to see the castle at sunset up there! I would definitely stay here again.

The location is great it near the metro station and Osaka castle with short distance walk. Breakfast are also great. I booked the castle view and it really nice view indeed.

Very good / clean / close to osaka castle There is one staff in the reception he take us to the room ( sorry i don’t know his name ) but he helps when we know that we forget something in Tokyo, he assists us and he contact the hotel In Tokyo to send .. we was very happy to stay and we will come back for sure 😍😁

Room layouts are a bit dated, though modernized. Only one bathroom in the suites can be a challenge for 4-6 people.
