Very tiny room, the floor space was almost non existent and once we put our luggage we had to tip toe walk to get to bed. You can always design and rearrange the room in a way that it is still comfortable and convenient in small rooms. No water bottles provided in room(they have a water fountain down in lobby). Room faces a wall with sewage and other pipes, as a result can’t be opened so zero natural ventilation. Lastly, If you have stayed in other Ibis then, the standards here are very different so keep that in mind.

Central location. Direct access to the underground mall which has lot of dining options and also access to subway station. Staff are helpful and most speak English so easy to communicate.

Room space is tight as you would expect. We chose a king, which ended up being two king singles joined together, probably would have been better to request a queen and have a bit more floor space. Still if you're only staying a night or two, then it's just fine as you'll likely be out and about most of the time.

Location is right in the heart of the entertainment and shopping precinct, so expect bright lights and plenty of activity throughout the afternoon and night. Osaka has a fabulous vibe, a little more low key and relaxed than Tokyo, and the accommodation is a great spot for a multitude of food and shopping options, and only a short walk from the train station and bus routes. Staff were very friendly and spoke English well.

So small it was not a room set up for working on your laptop for an extended period of time.

location near everything i.e. food, train station (it has lift directly connect to the station) , convenience stores. location a bit difficult to find if you come from train since the Whity Umeda is quite huge. Maybe the Hotel/booking.com can provide information that the customer can locate the Whity for East Mall then gate 772 easier to find if there is specific information

Although the hotel is near train stations very convenient to travel but it was too complicated need to see properly.

The room was quite small, but it was not just the size - the layout did not utilise the space efficiently, which is even more important when you only have 11 m2. I would seriously question putting a wardrobe in such a small room, opening its door was problematic. A simple rack would do a better job. On our trip we saw better examples of how small can be made comfortable.

We used this hotel as a stopover between the train and the plane, so it was a good location close to both railway station and the airport bus. Room was niceI and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Booked king bed, was really just two large single beds pushed together - made things a little uncomfortable.

Honestly nothing. It was a little small, but that's all hotel rooms in Japan. Overall, it was great.

We really liked our cute room. The check-in process was easy. The bathroom shower was good. We love the Japan toilets with the bidets. We also loved that the hotel was connected underground to the subway station of Osaka/Umeda station. It made getting around super easy. It was particularly useful as it rained a lot during our time. We also liked the location of the hotel and walked around the Umeda area a lot.

Size of the room is very small. However, very typical of a Japanese budget hotel.

The location was excellent. 8 min walk via underground to the hotel from Main Osaka Station. Alot of eateries around. Staff was attentive and friendly. Communication was not an issue as all the staff can converse in English. The rooms are small but very clean.

It was a bit hard to locate initially as we were in The underground tunnel.

Good amenities, clean and comfortable, friendly helpful staff with a good understanding of English, lovely soft beds and pillows, great breakfast choices.
