Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesA bit crowded during morning time with Korean tour groups. But no problem to find seats and food during busy breakfast hours. It is not a surprise to us based on earlier guest reviews.
Great location, good service, decent size of room in city downtown. Breakfast has lots of options. Coffee & tea 24 hrs. Free drinks/beer/ramen at night (though we did not try). A nice rooftop garden. Hot spring is a bonus.

SingaporeI have thoroughly enjoyed my 5-day stay in this hotel. Their counter staff were friendly, patient, and helpful. The hotel room is super clean and spacious. I have problem with the auto aircond only. Location is superb, just beside the station which is very convenient and I cycle to the tower is which about 5 mins away. The hotel’s boss is so generous and provided so many complimentary stuff such as onsen, bicycle, ramen, ice cream, liquor, cold and hot drinks, kimono clothing plus many more for guests. I love this hotel and it is strongly recommended.

SingaporeThe features are just amazing. There is free alcohol (such as beer, japanese sake, spirits, cocktails) and ice cream from 3pm to 10pm. The onsen provided is amazing finished with great massage chairs and fresh milk vending machine. It's proximity to Ebisucho metro and notable places such as Shinsekai and Den Den town is a huge plus. Overall, I had so much joy with this hotel and will definitely come back again.

SingaporeThe nearest train station does not have lift. The dryer also took quite long for it to be dried. As we tried the same exact machine at another hotel and it dried faster than this hotel. Not too sure why...
The area is nice with alot of shops and food around. It is also super near the mega donki and shinbashi. The breakfast buffet spread is good. When we stayed, there was a lot of different tour groups staying in this hotel. The room is considered big as compared to other hotels in Japan.

Really happy with our stay here. Good location, equidistant between nice places to see and shops, friendly staff, free beer and drinks, free noodles, excellent free onsen (sauna and pools). Would certainly stay here again. Very busy with other tourists but that's life.
