The location is not very convenient (outside Osaka), otherwise no other issues with the hotel.

Stay at this hotel and enjoy a free shuttle to Osaka station, a decent-sized room with a view of the harbor, friendly staff, and one of the best hotel gyms I've ever stayed at. It's perfect for those attending the convention center next door or visiting Universal Studios.

The club lounge was excellent, and the staff in the lounge very helpful with advice about things to do. The gym was great, with plenty of space to do floor exercises. The outdoor pool area was very nice, with attentive staff.

When I looked for a hotel the only filter I had was swimming pool. I understand the reservation procedure just in case it gets too crowded so we were only allowed 45 minutes each turn and only 1 single turn per day. Please be more generous with your pool. We were just 3 adults and 4 children in that big facility and yet we had to end the fun because of the time limit. 😟

Our trip to Osaka was part of my husband’s birthday celebration. Our room got an upgrade so I told the very friendly staff at the reception that the upgrade was a lovely present for my husband. While she was processing our check in she asked me if any of us has allergy because they will send a birthday cake to our room!!! Fabulous!!!! Cheers to Tada Yuhi san!!!

The rooms, even though very clean and big (for Japaneese standards), were old. The furniture is not damaged, but the whole room design screams "the 90s" - old TV, old beds etc.

It's not a dislike, just a recommendation: we didn't really check on where this hotel is located before our arrival, so it was a bit of a surprise that the city center is about 35-40 minutes far by car. It wasn't really an issue after all, as the hotel has everything you need, it's just good to calculate with the time and cost of commuting to the city. Again, it's not an issue, but be prepared for some language barriers if you speak only English. It just needs some patience and make sure it was understood what you requested.

The staff was extremely nice, as everyone in Japan. Accidentally I left my pocket around the reception and only noticed this like 3 hours later. The pocket was at the same place with all my documents and money in it - it's not something that happens in many countries. We absolutely loved that there is a shop just on the ground floor of the hotel! We could go down and pick things for ourselves whenever we wanted. There are great restaurants within the hotel for all taste. We had one of the best foods ever in the teppanyaki restaurant and absolutely great service! Room service is fast and the food was exceptionally good. We had an upgrade on our room, so we had access to the club facilities on the top floor. We didn't spend much time there, but also it was good to know that we can get some amenities and drinks whenever we go up. In Japanese terms we had a huge room (80sm) what was very spacious. Room cleaning was done every day no matter when we left the room or came back.

We were put in a room with a disabled shower recess that was very small, the room almost got flooded 2 times as the shower curtain did not do its job and contain the water, we could not have a decent shower as we learnt that we had to lower the water pressure to stop flooding the floor

My room was clean and tidy but the hallways on my floor (21) looked like they needed a bit of TLC. The wall paper had been patched up in numerous places. Would have been nice to have a bar to chill out in at the end of the day.

Room was adequate for my stay. I was there for work so the proximity of the Expo centre was ideal. Breakfast was a combination of Japanese & Western food and was great. I eat in the Italian restaurant two nights which was nice. Very good gym to work out in! Very handy having a 7-11 shop in the basement! Plenty of eating options in the hotel if you don't want to travel to the CBD. Great to have a bus transfer facility to the international airport.

Finding the front desk was challenging at least from the entrance I came in from. Convenience store closes at night as if unaware of the concept of convenience stores.
