Parking lots are limited. However, the hitel does offer alternative single entry paid parking at the public parking lots just opposite the hotel, which is also very convenient. The small lift might be a hassle as it fits only limited luggages and people in it.

Location was excellent. A mere less than 5mins walk to the nearest train station. Room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 4.

location staff everything that was written about the hotel we arrived early room wasn't ready but when we returned room was ready and our luggage had been taken to our room Umbrellas supplied due to wet weather breakfast was great location to railway station was wonderful this is a great place to stay close to all amenities and the best supermarket in Japan and not expensive could have spent a week here forget the big cities give these places a go .

Room is very small for 2 people, big baggage cannot fully open on room space. No bottle of water provided but drinkable water is in the toilet room. Location close to train station so, sometime you can hear train noise but not much

Front staff is very active service. Small towel is provided if you want to go Onsen outside the place. Coffee is provided all the time in front of reception desk. Location close to train station and it is convenience for someone who travel by train. Parking fee is a bit cheap if compared to other places (500 yen/ night)

Location was good! Very near to Beppu station. Price was great at the time of booking! Staff were friendly and helpful. I'd love to stay here if I visit Beppu again!

Location next to the railway means it's quite loud when the train goes by, everything was a little cramped (elevator, room, breakfast area)

It's literally next to the rail, so you can hear train noise clearly. Parking it very limited but there's the private parking lot opposite the hotel though. Breakfast is quite limit in term of choices and seating.

Location is very close to the station but this is both good and bad. You can just walk to station and also through it to another side of station for more food choices.

I appreciate the service and the staff but one staff was not friendly and did not allow us even to drop luggages for the guest which was not kind of her. But it's fine.

The hotel was alright overall but our room had an odd smell that never really went away.

The air conditioner unit was right over our heads as we slept. It was a very strange design choice, and had it been on I think it would have been a bit uncomfortable for us to sleep. This is a very minor thing though.

The hotel is a few hundred meters from the station, which is both a good and bad thing. It was great because we didn't need to drag our bags very far once we got off the train, but we could hear the trains at night. It was actually not that bad, and I'm a light sleeper. The bed was very comfy and the room was comfy too. The staff were a little testy with us when we had a request about how to get to the Beppu Hells, and only one (a very nice lady from India) speaks English fluently - she was very helpful and we enjoyed talking to her. There are a lot of very interesting cafes and restaurants around, and the hotel is very close to some onsens and shopping districts, and 10 minutes from Beppu beach.
