I love that you can check in really early. There is free towel, toothbrush, toiletries, shaver and even sleepwear. It’s cleaned daily and it’s super near the center of the food and shopping area.

The staff! They are all amazing especially Ricky and Helen at Reception! Also Giselle the housekeeping! Id definitely recommend this place just walking distance to dotonbori river, donki, shinsaibashi and 3 stations away from tsutenkaku tower! It’s clean and you got necessities like toothbrush, hairtie, razor and eyepatch for free! They will let you leave your luggage even before checking in which is handy!

It did get quite warm in the capsule at times. There was a ventilation button but it did not seem to do much to help the temperature. It also would have been nice to have somewhere more secure to put my suitcase as all of the luggage was stored together on shelves next to the lockers.

Probably the best thing about this hotel is the location. It's located right in Dotenbori which is right where all the action and nightlife is in Osaka so if you'd like somewhere with a quieter location, I would suggest somewhere else. The capsule itself was comfortable and the shower/bathroom was nearby on the same floor. I also liked having a locker to store valuables and other items in.

the mens room when i stayed is in 7th floor but there was no lift to go to 7th floor, instead you have to get off 6th floor and go by stairs which is little bit unfortunate if you have a big luggage like i did.

the location is super near from dotonbori and shisaibashi, the whole building is super good and clean. the locker has key access to open it. the shower room is like proper hotel i love it. you can get free sleeping mask, earplugs, razor, toothbrush.

They could have provided sanitizer in toilets, also toilets was not clean every time. They close the A/C after 11-12 am and open it agian around 4 pm.

The location is just perfect, everything is well organized and quite.

Only the noise made at the check out time was an inconvenience as I had stayed more than one night and i wanted to sleep late.

It was well placed in the center of Osaka, close to the Subway and the night life area. It was clean and very good service for the price.

The dorms are not locked so there is nothing keeping unwanted visitors out. This wasn't an issue when I was there but I noticed that there was little security in that regard.

The beds were comfortable and they provided lockers with key card access. The showers and facilities were incredibly clean and modern and they even provided free amenities such as toothbrushes and razors. The location, on Dontonbori street, was also convenient.

The communal/ storage space could be bigger. It was a bit of a hassle opening my suitcase when other people are also opening theirs, it got cramped and there are some maneuvering required

It bothered me that check-in was strictly 3 P.M., even with beds already ready. This led to 15+ people just waiting in the lobby. Would not hurt to budge the check-in time a tiny bit, even like an hour/half hour. Additionally, it was very hard to quickly charge my phone as the capsule only had a usb port, which is kind of inconvenient. As these two things are very minor things, I cannot do anything else than give a 10.

The hostel was really clean, both the capsules and the showers. You have a lot of space for important luggage & space to store the rest. The location is amazing, close to a very active area and many metro stops (Namba). The service was great: every day new towels or cleaning of capsule (on request).
