“Beautiful view of the shrine from our room on the 4th floor. Room was very spacious and we had western style mattresses, which was a bit more comfortable for us. We had dinner and breakfast included, which was great! For breakfast, there was a choice between Japanese or Western. There were no options for dinner, just Japanese but they catered for my partner’s dietary restrictions and the food was great. We also enjoyed the private onsen, which you can reserve for 30 mins.
The staff picked us up from the ferry terminal and brought our luggage back down to us in the afternoon so we could spend the morning wandering around. Great service, would definitely stay again.”

“This was amazing. Booked the Annex room, this is across the road and not a part of the main building. It was great! Traditional futon sleeping, beds were so comfy, nice hot shower. Free curry meal for tea, help yourself, it was really yum and free breaky. Our favourite place we stayed in japan. Deers walk right past the door and they even came into the back yard playing with the kids. Stay were very friendly and helpful”
