“Decent for price! Literally opposite Matsumoto train station and many good food around, especially the hamburg shop, and the mall beside has a cafe, shopping, and drug store. Very accessible to main attractions.”
“This was the most luxurious place we stayed in japan. The dinner and breakfast were unbelievable - the other hotels we stayed at couldn't compare with the meals here. We were one pescetarian and one vegetarian (notified the hotel in advance) and were extremely impressed by the food. Beautiful location, we stayed in the room with the balcony which was glorious. Would have loved to stay longer”
“Delightful ryokan. Staff were very kind and friendly. It has public onsen (separate for men and women) and a private family onsen. Room was comfortable and it was nice to arrive and have green tea ready in our room. Food was delicious - one of us is pescetarian and the other vegetarian (we notified Fukashiso in advance) and the dinner was extremely good. We enjoyed the sake tasting option.
There is a shuttle from the train station to the ryokan in the afternoon (I think 3:30 and 5:30) and from the ryokan to the station in the morning (9am and 10am). But you can also take the local bus (takes about 20 mins).”
“The hotel is modern and cosy. It is perfectly located between the main railway station and the castle. Plus, it is surrounded by so many good restaurants. The staff are nice and helpful and they offer noodles to guests at 9pm, much appreciated”
“5 min walking distance to Matsumoto station. Shopping and restaurants all around within 5min walking distance. Welcome drink in the afternoon and free coffee in the mornings. Good sized rooms, we had the family room with 4 beds. Comfortable beds and pillows.”
“Beside rhe very good hosting and breakfast, I was so.happy, after that I forget some documents, that personnal of this hotel found it and sent me by postoffice through a specific company!”
“The hotel is located very conveniently next to the station. It has a good breakfast with Japanese and Western stuff. It is an older business hotel with conference room, parking and outside smoking area.”
