“Customer service at the hotel was excellent. Location was good. We enjoyed our stay.”
“The staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful, which is not always the case in large hotels in Japan. You can choose from pancakes, English breakfast or sandwiches for breakfast with some other options from buffet, which was tasty and plentiful. The spa facility was nice, clean, not overcrowded and tattoo friendly!”
“Good location. The room was spacious including the toilet compared to the Wayfarer Matsu. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very helpful, polite and friendly”
“We had an amazing stay here!”
“Big room and comfortable bed.”
“I have no comparison, but for me the hot springs were exceptional. A variety of different baths, with sauna, led to an extremely relaxing experience.
There are massage chairs and washing machines + dryers in the general relaxation area, although the chairs and dryers are very crowded in the evening, even until midnight on a workday.
The hotel room was extremely clean, fairly spacious and very quiet (AC could be slightly more quiet). I enjoyed the Tatami very much, the smell adds to the overall feeling. Same goes for the common areas - the soft floors and no shoe policy make for clean and quiet surroundings, which also enhance the overall relaxing atmosphere of the place.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
I haven't tried the food options or restaurant, so I cannot rate those.
I heartily recommend this location, it was a great experience!”
