Shower was a little bit weak

Everything was perfect. Location is close to the center. Near the bus station to the airport. They have beautiful garden. We can see beautiful plants and landscape of the ocean and mountains. Kind staff explained sightseeing spot and how to enjoy their garden. The room was clean. I want to stay again.

Definitley do not walk from the rail station to hotel unless you are feeling incredibly energetic. We did and it was a mistake .

Excellent Property, we had a room within the old Italian villa,our room had a sea view from the small balcony . Walkable to the town ,sites and restaurants and just a minute or so from the cable cars to the beach area . Excellent .

I did ask about stairs before hand but it was still about 3-4 flights of stairs. That’s why I dropped a star.

Location is excellent. Clean and friendly staff. 2 minutes to funicular, 5 minutes to bus terminal for excursions and 3 minutes to the main shopping/ dinning area of town.

The description says parking but you need to reserve it and it was an extra charge and only available for part of the stay When I asked where I should park the car for the remainder of the stay, I was told I had to figure it out. It was as if they don’t even know their own town.

Hotel Nettuna has everything right. Nothing cuold be better - it's all exceptional.

I was told that there were sea views - but I didn't expect this! Hotel Nettuna offered a little touch of paradise for a few wonderful days. The spectacular setting overlooking the sea was matched by the beautiful garden, where guests could partake of breakfast or just relax. The family who runs this property is obviously very proud of what they have to offer guests. I loved the caring touches of the crisp, white, embroidered linens on the bed and the equally pristine towels. The presentation of the breakfast was effortlessly stylish. The staff were all kind, courteous and helpful. I was sad to leave this remarkable hotel.

No facilities in hotel - no access to drinks in room or room service. (Breakfast is available but no other food although plenty nearby.) Would be better described as a B & B rather than a hotel.

Good location to visit Taormina centre and sites, and nearby for buses, cable car to beach and short (uphill) walk to car parks.

Breakfast overlooking the view was stunning. The hotel is in central Taormina. The staff were very helpful in helping us secure a park for our car and point out to us the transport hubs eg the bus terminal and cable car terminus.

This issue is personal - I booked a sea view room with a balcony, and from the courtyard garden outside my room there was a partial sea view. I had wanted a balcony as I don’t use air conditioning and wanted to keep the door open for fresh air and still feel secure. My room opened up to really lovely gardens, but people (and pets) wandered by the door so I had to keep it closed at night. In the day time it was wonderful - but at night I didn’t feel comfortable keeping the door open.

The hotel was charming, and the views spectacular. If there hadn’t been so much I wanted to see, I’d have been happy just perching at the hotel and taking in the sea view from the gardens. The location was perfect - easy walking in minutes to all the points of interest in town and the bus depot. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Particularly liked the breakfast set in the beautiful garden with the view over the sea. I didn’t want to leave! A very special place and I’d have stayed on longer had there been availability.
