To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom was a bit small. We are also used to having small washcloths in addition to a bath and hand towel as well as a top sheet on the bed. I think it may be an American vs. European thing? Nothing really bad, though!
The staff was friendly and efficient! Great location to the train station, which was a necessity for us! We found a cool restaurant within walking distance, too. Overall, it was a great experience!

PolandAlthough the breakfasts are tasty, the food selection is very small. The coffee is disgusting. The coffee point is actually a stand with instant coffee and powdered milk.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They fulfilled our request for early check-in and allowed us to leave our luggage after checking out while we were waiting for our flight. The location is very good. The windows excellent muffle the noise from outside. The hotel is very clean.

United KingdomI appreciate the environmental policy and cleaning every 3 days, but I feel that may be is too much. Also, the carpet wasn't very clean. Also one of the days I went for breakfast at 10:00 and the staff told me 4 times that the breakfast finishes at 10:30. I was aware, you can tell me 1 but not 4 times. She was checking her phone to check the time and she kept telling me that breakfast was finishing soon. I appreciate the breakfast being served up to a certain time, but usually, in previous hotels I stayed they give time to people to finish their breakfast. I was expecting when you say breakfast finishes at 10:30, that the buffet stops at 10:30 but you have a reasonable amount of time to finish your meal.

This hotel was perfectly placed for continuing our European journey by interrail as it was only 100m from Vienna station. We arrived before check in time to drop off our bags but were immediately allocated a beautiful room on the 7th floor with a great view.
