We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

FinlandThere were some problems with the keycard of the room and I had the manual key because of that. Some problems with the electricity (lights) in the very last night, but we managed to resolve it. This was, however, just a small detail and not giving a big harm.
Excellent breakfast and also food intollerances considered well.

IcelandWe were a little confused about the bar on ground floor, never open when we asked. The rooftop bar was nice but sometimes closed. We had a birthday in the family and wanted to celebrate with champagne we got as a gift. When we asked for ice bucket to take to the room the young man at the rooftop bar said we could not have it if we did not buy the bottle from him, he was very rude and when I told him that I just bought a bottle from the bar for 70 Euros when we sat there at lunchtime with our group, he yelled at me “ you said you had your own bottle” and I explained to him that this was a new one he shrugged his shoulders , ran into the kitchen and gave me a container with some few icecubes, without a word. A little uncomfortable, since everyone else were very nice and polite.
Loved the rooftop swimmingpool with the wiew and a nice sitting space. The breakfast was very nice. The room clean and bright. The bathroom spacious and clean.

JerseyIt was a shame we weren’t told the hotel restaurant would be closed during our stay before we went and a broken toilet took wasn’t fixed til our second day.
Went for Ironman Italy and the location was perfect. Breakfast was amazing with an early breakfast for Ironman race day.

United KingdomAfter a certain date there are no catering facilities here apart from breakfast which is decimated if your not down there early and its not replenished, we didn’t know about this and were not informed after booking, so no bar, no restaurant, you cant even make a drink in your room, I spent a fortune on this for my wife and I and essentially we ended up with B&B. I wont mention how rude some staff were… Oh and the water in your room is 5 euro’s!!! I messaged the property whilst there and received no reply. If they’d just told us about the lack of facilities I’d just have gone elsewhere…

Saudi Arabiathe rooms have thin walls and the corridors are all in cermaic, so any one walking at night could wake you up, the checkin was hard as the staff assigned sisnt know English, the linens where not clean, we actually left one night before our booking because of how this Hotel is. The breakfast isn't clean, the jars are not well cleaned, the bread is stale.
