“It was a wonderful stay, unfortunately only for one night. The location is fantastic, the entire castle is very well maintained and really beautiful. The staff is great and incredibly friendly and accommodating. The restaurant (Osteria dell’Accademia) is also an absolute recommendation (Thank you for the great wine!). Great food, great wines, fair prices, very friendly. In general, the price-performance ratio is outstanding. The included breakfast is excellent and the cake is pure art. Thank you for the great stay!”
“We were staying for a night in Ferrara and the view from this hotel is truly not to be missed. We had breakfast on the terrace, and again the view is stunning. Since we were leaving in a hurry, staff provided us with bags for a takeaway breakfast.”
“The breakfast was amazing, had a LOT of variety.
The location was priceless, less than 1 minute walk from the Piazza Maggiore.
The staff were great, I requested a parking option for my car and despite me arriving a little early and the parking being full, i just had to wait about 5 minutes until it was made free and a member of the staff personally showed me to the spot.
Every single member of the staff were extremely helpful and kind with any request, even for restaurants and tips about the city. (which can't be said for other hotels in Italy during this travel...)”
“This hotel is perfectly located, not in the middle of the craziness, but close enough that a 10 min walk takes you everywhere.
The hotel is beautiful, and the room we got was amazing, super comfortable and quiet.
The staff is very nice and super helpful, especially with needs like finding an EV charging station.”
“The hotel is located very close to the sea. Quiet and peaceful. We were travelling without a car, so we walked to public transport and the train station. In general, everything is within normal walking distance.
Very clean and tidy room, cleaned daily. The room is a bit small but has everything you need. The room also had a small balcony. There is air conditioning which works well.
The staff are friendly and speak good English. The hotel has a lounge where you can sit in the evenings. I liked everything.”
